You can begin the custom design process by stopping by our Bellevue, WA showroom in person, or by reaching out to us online. We’ll discuss your ideas with you, show you various sample pieces to help you get a feel for the types of styles and features you like, and develop a unique design for you in CAD. You can modify these digital proofs as many times as you’d like, and we’ll only send your piece into production when you’re positive we’ve perfectly captured your vision in our models.
White Pearls
The body of this piece is made from a string of 22 white pearls, each of which measures approximately 7mm in diameter. This is a classic and elegant style that can be paired with a matching necklace, and that is appropriate for any number of occasions. Diamond Accents
What sets this bracelet apart are the three discs inserted into the spaces between the five pearls in the center of the strand. These discs are narrow and lined with small bright cut set diamonds, adding a delicate sparkle and glamorous flair to the piece. Although all of the diamonds put together only total 0.15 carats, their brilliance contrasts with the silky, matte surface of the pearls to help them truly stand out.

Design and estimate

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
