I designed and purchased my fiance's engagement ring here. As a fairly young, first time jewelry shopper, I was understandably nervous. Though I did some research online for styles and prices, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The staff at Joseph Jewelry did a fantastic job taking care of me. From the moment I walked in, they were very friendly, answered my questions, explained the pricing and what factors went into it, and helped me design a beautiful ring. My fiance and I have since returned for the first biannual checkup, and once again, the staff were friendly and swift. I couldn't be happier with the ring or their service.
