Amazing! Came here for a very non-traditional engagement ring and had the best possible experience. Other jewelers scoffed at my "no diamonds" approach (give me a break, it's what she wants!) but Joseph Jewelry was extremely accommodating. Design was as thorough as I wanted, they kept me in the loop at every step of the process and resized the ring for free when I grossly miscalculated my fiance's ring size. My fiance thinks the ring is perfect. All her friends are jealous. Mission accomplished. You won't find a better place on the Eastside - I went to a lot of places and left disappointed.
