Facet Pave Set Diamonds
There are eight small round diamonds pave set on each earring. The 16 diamonds all together total 2.20 carats, providing a dazzling sparkle, and the type of setting used leaves little metal showing around the stones. This adds to the delicate look of the design, and it also helps increase the brilliance of the stones, providing an overall glamorous flair to the set. Earrings
Earring Design
The line of diamonds begins on the front of the finding, and it continues down nearly to the bottom of the hoop, stopping right where the joint begins. Behind the joint, the metal is smooth and polished, rising up along the original curvature at first before angling back out agin just as it nears the back of the finding.
Although the facet pave setting leaves the diamonds as the primary focus on the front of the earrings, the sides display a more intricate design thanks to the way the settings themselves come together. Each of them exhibits an angular U shape, which brings a contemporary aesthetic into play as well. Bellevue Location

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
