Earrings Description

These elegant earrings feature diamonds and pink sapphires clustered together in a floral-inspired design, and all are shared prong set in yellow gold. They were created for a client from Redmond, WA, who visited our Bellevue showroom personally to begin the custom design process.

Diamonds and Sapphires

Each earring in this set is made up of five round diamonds and three marquise pink sapphires. These are all shared prong set in 18k yellow gold, and the way they are arranged helps highlight the lovely contrast between the delicate pink of the sapphires and the brilliant white of the diamonds.

Floral-Inspired Design

The gemstones in each earring are clustered in a way that makes them resemble a flower, with three of the diamonds in the center and the sapphires extending out from the spaces between them. Two of the sapphires angle down, giving each piece a nice balance, while the third extends straight up toward the ear.

The fourth diamond is perched above this top sapphire, just below the spot where the body of the earring meets the finding. This helps to unify the design, and it also reinforces the contrast between the two types of gemstones both in terms of color and shape.
