Blue Sapphire Centers
These earrings are built around the striking blue sapphires at the center of each piece, both of which are round and prong set in 14k white gold. The two stones together total 0.52 carats, and they contrast beautifully with the silvery shine of the metal they’re set in. They form most of the substance of the body of the earrings as well, and they’re positioned directly in the center on the fronts of the posts.
Diamond Halos
Surrounding each sapphire is a halo of round diamonds, all of which are split prong set in white gold. These add to the contrast between the blue sapphire and silvery metal, and they bring along their own glamorous sparkle as well. The diamonds in both earrings together total 0.15 carats, and the use of the split prong setting leaves very little metal showing around the stones. Earrings

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
