Only once every detail is perfect will we turn things over to our expert artisans to begin production.
Blue Topaz Centers and Diamond Halos
The stones at the heart of this design are two round blue topaz, and they’re each prong set in 14k white gold. The two of them together total 0.60 carats, and their delicate blue color shines through more brilliantly thanks to the contrast with the silvery shine of the metal.
Adding to that contrast relationship is the halo of split prong set diamonds that surrounds each stone. All together, the diamonds in both earrings total 0.14 carats, but their small size does not limit the dramatic visual impact they generate. The entire body of the earring, made up of the center topaz and surrounding halo, are suspended from the delicate finding thanks to a loop of metal at the top that facilitates the connection. Customization Options
Depending on the direction you’d like your customization to take, you may start with the types of stones used, or you may be interested in your options for different setting styles for those stones. For instance, you could switch to a type of colored sapphire for the center, or you could even decide to go with diamonds in the centers and colored stones in the halos.
Regardless of the combination of gemstones you choose, however, you can always adjust the types of settings to bring the design in a more classical or contemporary direction, depending on your personal tastes. A bright cut setting for the stones in the halo, for example, would produce a more vintage look, while a bezel setting for the center stone could give the set a more contemporary feel.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
