Description
These classy and elegant earrings feature peridot centers held in place by three tab prongs made of yellow gold. They were created as a custom order for a client, from Mercer Island, WA, who attended one of our gemstone parties and wanted us to do something special with the stones she fell in love with there. After close consultation with our design team, this was the option she chose to go with to fully highlight the beauty of the gemstones.

Peridot Centers
Each peridot in this pair comes in at a little over two carats, and their lovely round cut works well to complement the smoothness of their color. These stones are typically associated with increased health, wealth, and happiness, making them a wonderful choice if you want to give a special gift to an important person in your life. They’re also thought to promote marital harmony, and to represent rejuvenation and rebirth.
Yellow Gold Setting
The 14k yellow gold used in these earrings complements the lovely green of the peridot stones nicely. Its polished finish and the tabbed prong style used in the setting help to give the set a clean and modern look while not taking attention away from the gemstones themselves.

Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

- Inspection every six monthsOur jewelers inspect your piece and provide ongoing care for the custom jewelry we make for you.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
