This regal pair of earrings features trillion ruby center stones with a halo and geometric shapes above the trillions. They were created for a client from Culver City, CA, who wanted to match the rubies to his fiancee's engagement ring. Design Your Own Earrings

The client requested a few different iterations to begin. We created different versions with center stone shape variations as well as variations in how the center section attached to the ear. After seeing wax models of two versions, the client chose to move forward with the trillion version.
We kept the back portion of the earring open so that the light entering the ruby could be maximized. The diamond halos are dainty and emphasize the beauty of the center ruby. Delicate filigree can be seen from the side view. Earrings
These earrings can be customized in many different ways. You could choose a different type of center gem, or change the shape of the ruby. No matter which direction you choose, we can customize them to exactly fit your style.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
