Only when you’re sure you don’t want any more modifications made to these digital models will we turn things over to our expert artisans to begin production.
Mother of Pearl Centers and Rose Gold
The main body of each of these earrings is made up of a crescent shaped piece of mother of pearl that’s surrounded by border of 14k rose gold. Curving lines of rose gold are also overlaid on the surface of each earring, and these effectively divide that surface into eight roughly triangular shapes laid out in an organic design that creates a swirling movement for the earring as a whole. The beautiful array of colors the mother of pearl exhibits is complemented nicely by the warmth of the rose gold. This relationship, combined with the asymmetrical and flowing nature of the overlay pattern, helps to produce an organic look for this set.
Diamond Accents
The mother of pearl sections of this set connect to rose gold hoops that, pass through the opening at the top of each. These hoops arch up on either side until they reach the finding, and they feature a line of split prong set diamonds running up their front faces that add both a glamorous sparkle and a striking color contrast with the remaining elements in the set.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
