The stone at the heart of this piece is a 5.5 carat yellow sapphire, cushion cut and anchored by a four prong setting atop a cathedral shank. The client chose a yellow stone in this case, but you can easily substitute a different colored sapphire to make the design better suit your tastes.
Halo Setting
