Design Your Own Engagement Ring
Center Setting and Halo
At the top of this ring, a 1.03 carat round brilliant cut diamond is held in place by four 14k white gold prongs. The diamond was provided by the clients, and so we built our design to complement its precise specifications. Using a gemstone that you already own for your ring, particularly if it's one that's been in your family for a long time or that otherwise holds special meaning for you, is a great way to give your piece even more personal significance. Diamond Engagement Rings
Surrounding this center stone is a halo of small round diamonds, all of which are split prong set in white gold as well. The brilliant white sparkle of these diamonds is lovely in its own right, and it also contributes to the shine of the larger stone above by reflecting extra light up onto it from below.
Two-tone Design and Diamond Accents
Just like the matching wedding band that completes this set, the band of this ring is 14k rose gold and lined with split prong set diamonds about three-quarters of the way down each side. The diamonds tie in nicely with those in the center setting and halo, and they contrast beautifully with the warm tones of the rose gold to produce a lovely vintage-inspired look.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
