Center Setting and Halo
The round brilliant cut diamond at the center of this ring is held in place by four rose gold prongs that rise up from the lower portion of the wrapped criss-cross shank. These follow the contours of the diamond perfectly, wrapping around once they reach the edge and framing the stone beautifully.
Just outside and below this main setting, the multiple strands of the split shank, lined with round bright cut set diamonds, twist up, around, and under each other to form a swirling halo. This flows naturally from the criss-cross design of the shank, and it highlights the central position of the larger diamond while simultaneously intensifying its sparkle. Diamond Engagement Rings
Criss-cross Two-tone Band
The band of this ring starts as a single piece of rose gold at the bottom, but it quickly splits into two diverging strands as it moves up towards the top. Also at this point, one of the strands transitions to platinum to bring in a beautiful contrast for a lovely two-tone look.
As the shank continues up, the two strands cross over each other, with the platinum one passing below the rose gold and working its way into the lower portion of the main setting. After passing over the platinum, the rose gold strand wraps around itself several times to form the main body of the halo.
Diamond and Hand-Engraved Accents
The rose gold strand of the shank is lined with round bright cut set diamonds starting just above where the two pieces split. The platinum is covered with a lovely hand-engraved pattern that mirrors the smooth curves found in other parts of the design, and both the diamonds and engraving are framed beautifully by milgrain beading. Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
