Description
This beautiful engagement ring features a round brilliant cut diamond prong set atop a polished rose gold band. It was created for a client from Bothell, WA, who came into our Bellevue, WA showroom initially to discuss her ideas for the project. We worked up a design together, and then we shared high-quality CAD images of the piece we proposed to make online so she could be sure it was what she wanted. Diamond Solitaire
A diamond solitaire is a classic choice for an engagement ring, and this ring design is a truly elegant interpretation of that theme.
The diamond itself is a round brilliant cut stone coming in at 0.38 carats, and the delicate four prong setting holding it helps show off its lovely sparkle from all angles. 3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
