This stunning engagement ring was designed in honor of our client’s 40th birthday. The grandeur of this ring holds a special character and gives the look a massive brilliance and shine. Our client visited Joseph Jewelry’s Bellevue flagship store, from Issaquah, WA. After taking a look and trying on a variety of styles, the winner idea was an 18k white gold ring with double halos for extra bling and splendor.

Diamond Center Stone in a Double Halo Setting
This ring features a 2.5 ctw round diamond center stone embraced by a double halo setting. As commonly known, a halo adds extra shine and carat weight to the main piece, so how about a double halo? Yes, a double halo means double the effect, or even more!
The accent stones on each halo reflect back on the center diamond and intensify its shine. Besides the extra sparkle, this type of halo offers more protection for the center stone and the illusion of it being much larger.
The flattering effect on the hand and fingers gives the double halo unique characteristics.

Cathedral Style and French Cut Setting
The beauty of the center diamond and the double halo encircling it is accentuated by the cathedral style. This design approach has raised metal structure that is emerging from the shank and holding the double halos thus giving the center stone a flying effect. The center diamond and halos are flawlessly flanked by the arches offering the overall look a regal feel which never goes out of style.
The Diamond melees lining the shank shoulders are secured in a french cut setting. This technique allows the diamonds to come close together and sets them in a v-shaped space which is cut into the band. This specific cut allows for greater brilliance and shine by making the diamonds more visible with less noticeable metal.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
