Center Setting
At the top of this ring, a round brilliant cut diamond is held up above the band by four prongs made of 18k white gold. These prongs begin on the top of the band directly below the stone, and they diverge immediately on the ring fronts while staying together for a bit longer on the sides of the setting inline with the band. There is a diamond-shaped opening on the lower half of each prong, and these allow extra light in to reach the diamond while simultaneously introducing a delicate complexity to the piece. Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is gently domed on top, and it maintains the same width all the way around.
