Center Setting
At the top of this ring, a round brilliant cut diamond is held up above the band by four prongs made of 18k white gold. These prongs begin on the top of the band directly below the stone, and they diverge immediately on the ring fronts while staying together for a bit longer on the sides of the setting inline with the band. This provides an open feeling for the setting and a great view of the diamond while still allowing the prongs to cradle the diamond securely. Diamond Engagement Rings
There is a diamond-shaped opening on the lower half of each prong, and these allow extra light in to reach the diamond while simultaneously introducing a delicate complexity to the piece. The tops of the prongs are triangular, and they curl up over the girdle of the diamond, adding a subtle contrast with the perfectly round center stone. Unique Engagement Rings Seattle
Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is gently domed on top, and it maintains the same width all the way around. The lower portion of the band is smooth and polished, while round facet pave set diamonds run down both shank shoulders to the mid-point on each side. These echo the shape and brilliant white sparkle of the center stone, and the choice of setting styles adds to the overall classical look of the design. This ring is also available in yellow and rose gold varieties, and it can be paired with several different wedding ring styles.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
