Custom Beryl And Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #103400 $6,197 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Green Beryl Center
The client’s 2.52 carat cushion cut green beryl is at the center of this piece, and it’s tension set between two ends of the wrapped split shank. The stone is slightly rectangular, and it’s oriented in the east-west direction to lie inline with the band as opposed to the finger. This gives it a more full appearance, and it allows the two parts of the setting to stay in contact with the stone for longer.
Diamond and Milgrain Accents
The strands that ultimately wrap around the center stone are lined with round bright cut set diamonds, starting at the mid-point on the band on each side. These bring lovely sparkle and a beautiful contrast to the design, helping to highlight the delicate yellow-green color of the center stone. The diamonds are framed by lines of milgrain beading to produce a subtle vintage flair, and this milgrain extends to other areas of the ring as well to help tie everything together. Custom Filigree and Hand Engraving
The split strands of the band cross over each other just before transitioning into the center setting, and the space this creates between the crossing point and the main stone is filled with elegant scroll filigree. Milgrain beading lines this filigree itself to help it stand out, and both of these details are complemented nicely by the floral-style wheat pattern of custom hand engraving that covers the fronts and top of the band nearly all the way to the bottom.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
