Center Setting and Halo
The diamond at the top of this ring is 1.10 carats and round brilliant cut. It’s held in place by four white gold prongs that lift it up modestly above the bright cut set diamond halo that surrounds it. The diamonds in the halo bring their own sparkle to the piece, and they send extra light up onto the center as well, helping to increase its brilliance. Diamond Engagement Rings
Diamond and Milgrain Accents
Bright cut set diamonds also run around the side of the halo, and they continue down along both the top and the fronts of the band. On the top of the band, they run in two rows all the way around, while on the fronts, they stop at the mid-point on each side. All of these accent diamonds, as well as those in the halo, are lined with milgrain beading, and that ties in nicely with the halo style as well as other features in the piece to produce the overall vintage aesthetic that dominates the design. Custom Hand Engraving
A flowing wheat pattern of custom hand engraving covers the ring fronts below the spot where the accent diamonds stop. This detail adds to the vintage themes as well as to the uniqueness of the piece, and it’s something you can customize to reflect a pattern or symbol with special meaning for you. Milgrain beading lines this section also, providing a nice frame for the engraving and helping to create a connection with the other areas of the ring.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.

- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
