Filigree Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #103896Engagement Ring Description
Three-stone Setting
The centerpiece of this design is a one carat round brilliant cut diamond, and it’s prong set in 18k rose gold. On either side of this center setting, a smaller round diamond is tucked in a four prong setting and positioned at about a 45 degree angle from the main stone. This puts the side stones more inline with the curvature of the band, and it allows them to stand out despite their smaller size. This arrangement also produces the classic three-stone look that has long been a popular one for engagement ring designs. Rose Gold Engagement Rings
Filigree Band
An intricate pattern of filigree forms the fronts of the ring from the center setting down past the mid-point on each side. It’s composed of looping scrolls and curving arches that give the ring a feeling of openness while simultaneously adding to the vintage overtones of the piece. The filigree is also a detail we can customize to integrate a pattern or symbol of special personal significance to you, making it a wonderful way to add even greater meaning to an already significant piece. Diamond and Milgrain Accents
There are nine round diamonds bright cut set down each shank shoulder, and these bring a glamorous sparkle to the ring while simultaneously creating a connection to the larger diamonds at the top. These accent stones taper along with the band to fit perfectly in the space available, and they’re lined with milgrain beading for a nice finishing touch. The same milgrain also extends onto the filigree on the ring fronts, helping to accentuate the vintage overtones of the design and at the same time highlighting the intricacy of the pattern.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
