Marquise Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #102769 $3,928 Price does not include center stoneEngagement Ring Description
Center Marquise
The full carat marquise diamond at the center of this ring is set East-West so that it is in line with the main part of the band. It is held in place by four 14k white gold prongs, two of which cradle the points, while the other two meet the stone at its widest point on the sides. The openness of this arrangement gives a clear view of the diamond from all angles, helping to maximize its exposure to light as well as the visibility of its sparkle. Diamond Engagement Rings
Diamonds and Milgrain
Bright cut set diamond accents run down the shoulders of the tapered shank in two rows, starting just below the top of the side prongs of the main setting. These accents end at the mid-point on the band, and they’re lined with milgrain beading as well for some vintage flair.
The fronts of the ring are accented with diamonds and milgrain also, and these help to highlight the lovely filigree below the main setting. This filigree is in the form of sweeping arches that mirror the shape of the center setting nicely. The diamond and milgrain accents help unite this part of the ring with the other areas as well, making for a lovely antique-inspired design.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
