Description
This stunning engagement ring features an oval moissanite prong set in rose gold, accented by split prong set diamonds in the gallery rail as well as with the added hidden birthstone gems flush set on the inside of the band. It was created for a client from Seattle, WA, who visited our Seattle, WA showroom personally to get the custom design process started. After this initial visit, we exchanged ideas and shared CAD models with him online, and he came back in to view a wax model of his piece before giving the final approval to move it into production. Moissanite Center and Diamond Accents
The largest gem in this ring is an oval moissanite measuring 11mm x 9mm and prong set in 14k rose gold. The stunning white sparkle of the stone is enhanced by the contrast with the warm tones of the metal, and the prongs hold the stone up significantly above the delicate band below to create a truly stunning presentation.
The client's original inspiration piece had accent diamonds running down the shank shoulders in addition to those in the gallery rail, but he decided he liked the look of a clean, polished metal band while still allowing the diamonds in the gallery to bring some extra glamor and a beautiful white sparkle to the design. Personal Touches
In addition to modifying the placement of the diamond accents in his custom piece, the client also requested that we include two small, round stones flush set on the inner surface of the band. He used this detail to add an extra special personal touch to the design, as the stone included were his birthstone and the birthstone of his fiancée-to-be. Unique Engagement Rings Seattle
Choosing to add a detail like this, particularly when it's tucked inside the band and out of general view, allows you to include something of personal significance that's shared only between you and your partner. Some other options along these lines include an engraved message or date on the inside of the band, or you may decide you want to work your birthstones into the visible main part of the ring as well.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
