Pear-shaped Halo Diamond Engagement Ring
Item #103991Engagement Ring Description
Center Diamond and Contoured Halo
At the top of this ring, a two carat pear shaped diamond is held in place by three prongs made of 14k white gold. One of these prongs meets the diamond at its point, while the remaining two sit on either side of its rounded end, and this arrangement frames the stone beautifully while also holding it securely. Diamond Engagement Rings
A halo of round split prong set diamonds surrounds this center stone, adding its own glamorous sparkle while also sending more light up onto the larger diamond. The halo follows the contours of the pear-shaped stone, helping to highlight its elegant lines. The entire center setting is positioned so that the widest portion lies across the band, with the pointed end extending farther out beyond the band on one side than the rounded end lies on the other. This arrangement brings a satisfying balance to the design while also intensifying the dramatic presentation of the center diamonds.
Diamond Accents
Round diamonds are also split prong set running down both shank shoulders, beginning at the underside of the halo and continuing half-way down each side. These tie in nicely with the diamonds in the halo, and they also provide a burst of glamorous sparkle all their own. One of a Kind Engagement Rings
Combined, the diamonds in the halo and on the shank total 0.85 carats, and their brilliant white sparkle is complemented nicely by the silvery shine of the metal they’re set in. If you prefer to add some contrast to the design, however, you can choose either the yellow gold or rose gold version of this design.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
