Diamond Center
At the top of this ring, an 18k white gold four-prong setting perfectly frames a round brilliant cut diamond. The setting rises up directly from the top of the ring, and so the stone is held in a clear place of prominence high above the small round accent stones that line the shank shoulders below. These accents, in fact, run all the way down to about the three-quarter mark on each side, and they are composed of 20 small, round diamonds that combine to total 0.65 carats. Band Details and Matching Wedding Sets
The diamond accents on this ring are a feature that's shared with the matching wedding band that we also carry, and the connection this creates between the two pieces only works to enhance the beauty of each. The prong settings holding the accent stones also add a nice texture and intricacy to the sides of the piece, and they display the stones beautifully, leaving plenty of space for light to enter from all sides.
The use of white gold for this ring complements the brilliant sparkle of the diamonds nicely, but if you prefer, you can select rose or yellow gold in place of the white. After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
