Lab Created Diamond
Lab created diamonds are diamonds. They are physically, chemically, and optically identical to natural diamonds; the only difference is they were grown above ground instead of inside the Earth. They are a great eco-friendly alternative to natural diamond if you're looking for the same hardness and sparkle. Halo Design
Initially, the client didn't have the halo in their mock-up, but after going through a few iterations, they decided to add the tiny halo in to add a bit of extra framing for their center stone. The halo is set lower than the average halo, allowing the center stone to be the main draw of attention. Halo Engagement Rings
The shoulders framing the center diamond and halo are ever so slightly tapered. They are smaller by the halo and gradually increase in size, stopping at the halfway point of the ring. It was especially important to the client that they could wear a straight wedding band flush with the engagement ring, so we adjusted the trellis basket under the halo to accommodate that.

After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.

Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
