Solitaire Style with Filigree
This stunning ring features a solitaire center diamond, held in place by four round prongs. Solitaires are known to give the sole attention to the main gemstone.
In this design, the solitaire style is twisted with the addition of a layer of filigree and milgrain. The 1.00 ctw round brilliant cut diamond, sits atop a bed of metal wires, curved and bent in organic shapes. The finesse of the thin strands infuses extra charm and classiness to the overall design.
The main diamond appears to be elevated on a basket-like shape which emerges from the filigree work of the shank shoulders. This intricate work of art requires artistic skills and excellency in craftsmanship. To complement the detail of this vintage piece, the milgrain technique gives additional magic to the piece. Those metal beads lineup the front, back and center axis of the ring from each side of the band.
The sophistication infused by the filigree work allows for more light to penetrate the diamond center and to show more of the finger, since less bulk of metal is used and rather thin wires in leaf-like shapes make the actual upper part of the shank. It’s designed in a way to give a dome-like appearance when it approaches the center and tapers towards the lower part of the shank.
Customization
You can request this signature design in any metal type and color you prefer. If you’re a fan of more glitter and less filigree, you can opt for a pave setting with hand engraving on the lower part of the shank.
Options are endless, all you need is to give us some hints or inspirations of your own style, and we’ll take care of the rest. If you don’t have a clear idea of your inclination, don’t worry, our team of professionals is here for you.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
