Whether you have your own center stone that you’d like us to build the ring to fit, or you simply have a vision of the kind of piece you want, our team will develop high-quality CAD models that you can view online, and you can request as many adjustments to these as you need until you’re sure our outline is perfect. We can even grow you a wax model of the ring to view in person in our Bellevue, WA showroom so that you can be absolutely sure it’s what you want before approving it to move it into production. Iolite Center
The dazzling stone at the center of this piece is a 3.80 carat cushion shaped Iolite. Its rich blue color is evidence of the high quality of the cut, as Iolite’s particular properties make it an especially challenging stone to shape properly. In the hands of an expert, however, the wonderful brilliance of the natural gem can shine through, and that is certainly the case with the Iolite in this piece. One of a Kind Fashion Rings
Diamond Halo and Accents
A ring of round bright cut set diamonds forms a halo around the Iolite, adding beautiful sparkle and a striking contrast to the elegant gem at the top. The halo generally follows the rectangular cushion shape of the stone, but it extends outward slightly to form corners as it loops around the prongs of the center setting.
Pave set diamonds line the shank shoulders below, creating a link between the halo and the lower portion of the ring. The pave setting allows the stones to sit so close together that no metal is visible between them, and this generates a truly glamorous flair that’s perfectly in keeping with the style of the piece overall.

Customize
Use this design as a starting point for a custom piece.
Discuss the stones, metal, proportions, setting and finish with a designer, online or in our Seattle and Bellevue showrooms. You can bring reference photographs or your own stone for us to assess.
Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.

- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
