We create detailed CAD models of every custom design we make, and you can request as many adjustments to these models as you’d like before we cast anything in metal. Design Your Own Ring
Emerald Center
The centerpiece of this ring is a specially cut 3.15 carat Chatham emerald, and it’s held in place by four sets of palladium double prongs. These curl up over the rounded corners of the stone, and they position it lengthwise inline with the band, allowing it to cover more of the top of the finger when worn.
Band Design and Diamond Accents
The band is flat and straight across the bottom, and it begins to split just above the mid-point on each side. These two strands that form here gradually peel away from each other, eventually opening up a V shape by the time they reach the side of the main setting that meets each set of prongs directly. Once they’ve intersected the center, the strands rotate outward and curve back down, transitioning smoothly to the fronts of the ring and forming a small loop on all four sides of the main setting. Each of these strands is lined with bright cut set diamond accents all the way up the top and back down the front, and these add a glamorous flair along with a lovely contrast to the rich, soft green of the emerald at the top. A bezel set diamond also sits on both ring fronts directly below the main stone, acting as a connecting piece between the loops of the shank on either side.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
