Custom White Sapphire And Diamond Fashion Ring
Item #103591Fashion Ring Description
Sapphire Center
At the top of this ring, a 7.69 carat specialty cut white sapphire sits in a four prong setting made of 14k white gold. The stone is elongated in a shape similar to a marquise cut, and it’s oriented to sit lengthwise across the finger. This makes for an impressive presentation, as the large size of the stone enables it to cover the entire top surface of the ring. Sapphire Engagement Rings
Diamond and Peridot Accents
The two prongs that meet the stone in the middle of each rounded side each have a small round green peridot bright cut set at the top, and these were a special detail the client requested as well, as they’re her daughter’s birthstone. The original design this ring was adapted from had diamonds in this spot.
There are bright cut set diamonds running down both sides of the shoulders of the knife edge shank, however, adding a glamorous sparkle and a nice complement to the large white stone at the top. These diamonds are set within spaces on the sides of the knife edge that taper at both the top and bottom, helping to highlight the elegant movement of the band, and the small spaces at the ends of the rows of diamonds are filled with decorative metal beadwork. Band Design and Custom Filigree
The band follows a customary trajectory across the bottom two-thirds, but near the top, the upper part of the band arches up into a cathedral shank to accommodate the large center stone. A narrower bridge piece follows the original curvature of the band to cross over below the center, creating an open space on both ring fronts that’s filled with elegant and intertwining scroll filigree.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
