Jesus Ring - Capitan Collection
Item #101972Fashion Ring Description
Carved Gold
On the top of this ring, a flat, round surface holds a representation of Jesus’s head carved out of 14k yellow gold. The face is brushed, while the beard, eyes and crown are polished, and these contrasting finishes help to highlight the exquisite detail of the carving.
This main section also ties in nicely with the two pieces of carved gold that rest on either shank shoulder. One of these is in the shape of a lily, while the other shows a dove with its wings spread wide. These significant images complement the larger one on the top nicely, both visually and symbolically, and that helps to create a more full and complete sensibility for the ring as a whole. Band Design
The band itself is made from sterling silver that’s been oxidized to produce the rich black color that contrasts so wonderfully with the warmth of the yellow gold. The top of the ring is flat and round, with a texturing added in the background to the carved gold face for some enhanced definition and clarity.
The dove and lily images on the sides are held within shield-shaped indentations that feature the same background texture as the top surface, and the remainder of the band is engraved with a pattern of crosses of various sizes. The band tapers down through the shoulders to the mid-point on each side, and it then maintains a constant width across the bottom of the ring.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
