London Blue Topaz Center
The largest gemstone in this ring is a 0.50 carat London blue topaz that's bezel set in 14k rose gold. It's oriented so that its pointed end lies in line with the band, producing an asymmetrical center setting. This is a rather unconventional arrangement, and it adds some contemporary flair and a dynamic feel to the design. Fashion Rings
The use of the bezel setting ensures that the stone is well-protected, and it also enhances the contemporary themes present in the design. The setting frames the stone beautifully, and because it follows the contours of the topaz so precisely, it helps to highlight the contrast between the deep blue-green of the stone and the warmth of the rose gold.

After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
