Band Design and Gemstones
The band is 8mm wide and made of 18k yellow gold. It’s gently domed on top, and features a comfort fit on the interior. A narrow channel cuts across the top surface of the ring, curving up and down in a wave-like pattern. Three small round gemstones are channel set within this wave in a group, with a diamond between two blue sapphires. Men’s Custom Wedding Bands
Contrasting Finishes
The top of the band is brushed, creating a soft matte surface and a nice, finished look for the piece. The channel is polished, however, adding some contrast to the design and ensuring that it stands out despite its relative narrowness. The sparkle of the gemstones adds to this contrast, echoing the shine of the polished channel and contrasting nicely with the brushed surface all around.
Customization Options
If you’re interested in customizing this design, one option might be to use a different combination of finishes. Options in this regard include switching the position of the brushed and polished finish, using only one finish on all ring surfaces, and adding a hammered texture below the brushed finish on the wider top surface of the band.
If you like the finish combination used here, however, you could instead choose a different colored metal for the ring, or you could select a different combination of gemstones to set in the channel. These gemstones could be a small group like in this ring, or they could be extended to run all the way around the band for some truly glamorous flair.

Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.

Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
