London Blue Topaz
At the center of this piece, a 2.29 carat pear shaped blue topaz which features an elongated shape that enhances the elegance of the design, and its rich blue-green color contrasts nicely with the warmth of the metal that makes up the body of the pendant.
Diamond Halo and Accents
Sitting slightly below this center stone, a halo of round split prong set diamonds adds its glamorous sparkle and additional contrast to the design. This halo follows the contours of the larger topaz exactly, helping to highlight its graceful lines. Pendants
The diamonds in the halo are smaller at the top, and they very gradually increase in size going down each side, with the largest stones running around the bottom of the topaz. This complements the shape of the center stone nicely, and it also brings a good balance to the piece.
The bale that connects the pendant to the chain attaches to the very top of the halo, and it also features round diamonds that are split prong set. This detail unites the two parts of the piece, and it adds to the glamorous flair of the design as well.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care

- Inspection every six monthsOur jewelers inspect your piece and provide ongoing care for the custom jewelry we make for you.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
