This designer is known for exploring organic themes through innovative uses of conventional materials. The way that light and natural patterns are creatively incorporated into the designs continue to push the limits of what is possible in fine jewelry design, and it’s a big part of what makes these pieces so beautiful.
Carved Pearl
This piece is dominated by a 10mm freshwater pearl that’s carved to resemble a lotus flower, with the outer petals curling away from the main portion of the pearl slightly while the inner petals hug its surface more closely. The intricate texture this creates causes light to reflect in all different directions, which in turn helps to highlight the delicate beauty of the pearl itself. Pendants
The pendant body connects to the chain directly, with a hole that passes right through the top portion of the pearl. This eliminates the need for a separate bale, allowing the focus to stay definitively on the pendant itself. It also works to enhance the organic themes of the piece, and it ensures that the pendant will hang properly at all times when worn.

Customize
Use this design as a starting point for a custom piece.
Discuss the stones, metal, proportions, setting and finish with a designer, online or in our Seattle and Bellevue showrooms. You can bring reference photographs or your own stone for us to assess.
Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
