Morganite Center and Diamond Accent
The main gemstone in this piece is a 1.15 carat bezel set round morganite. The warm tones of the metal complement the peachy-pink of the stone nicely, making it almost appear to glow. This dynamic is further highlighted by the presence of the single accent diamond in the piece.
That stone is a 0.03 carat round diamond that is also bezel set, and that sits just above the much larger morganite. Both stones are lined with a row of milgrain beading that provides somewhat of a frame for them and that also enhances the vintage themes already present in the design.
Pendant Design and Filigree
Directly above the small accent diamond, the bale begins as a rounded point, and it widens modestly moving up to where it meets the chain. The front of the bale is textured to produce a bit of extra sparkle, and the line of milgrain beading that outlines it creates a solid connection with the other sections of the piece. Pendants
The back of the main morganite is protected by a basket made up of elegant hand-made filigree, and this is in the form of circles and V shapes, although it can be modified as part of the customization process to make it better reflect a pattern or design with special meaning for you. Other customization options include switching to a different metal to create another type of contrast relationship with the morganite and diamond, and using different gemstones in place of those seen here.

3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
