This gorgeous pendant features a round blue sapphire prong set in the center, with round diamonds clustered around it forming a halo, and an additional accent diamond lined with milgrain leading up to the bale above. Center Sapphire and Halo

At the heart of this piece is a 0.60 carat round blue sapphire, and it’s held in place by four prongs. The rich blue of the sapphire contrasts wonderfully with the silvery sheen of the metal, as well as with the brilliant sparkle of the diamonds in the surrounding halo. These diamonds are all round and bright cut set, and the 10 in the halo combine with the additional accent diamond above to total 0.37 carats. While the halo follows the contours of the center stone closely on its inner margin, its outer edge curves with the diamonds, creating a scalloped line that gives the pendant as a whole a floral quality.

Pendant Design and Milgrain Beading
