You can get things started by visiting our Bellevue, WA showroom in person, or you can reach out to our team online. We’ll create a detailed model in CAD of the piece we propose to make for you, and you can request any modifications you’d like to these proofs. We won’t turn anything over to our expert artisans to begin production until we receive your explicit approval to do so, and you can even come in to view a wax model of your design to ensure it’s exactly what you were envisioning in every way. Center Amethyst and Halo
The centerpiece of this design is a trillion amethyst that measures 10mm on each side. Its rich purple color contrasts beautifully with the metal it’s set in, as well as with the brilliant white of the diamonds in the surrounding halo. These diamonds are all bright cut set, and they taper to fit in the space available. While the halo itself follows the contours of the center stone and is uniform in width, its interior surface is criss-crossed with lines of milgrain beading, creating an elegant pattern within the halo that the diamonds are worked into.
Diamond Accents and Filigree Basket
This pattern within the halo is complemented nicely by the elegant filigree that forms the sides of the basket enclosing the back of the pendant body. This filigree incorporates swirling scroll shapes, and it’s lined with milgrain beading, creating an additional connection to the halo above. Pendants
The bale connecting the pendant to the cable chain it hangs on is widest at the top, tapering down to a point as it descends towards the body of the piece. Round diamonds are bright cut set along the front of the bale, and they taper as well to perfectly fill the space. The point of the bale meets a larger round bezel set diamond, and this is what ultimately attaches to the main portion of the pendant at the top corner of the halo.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
