Black Pearl
The centerpiece of this pendant is an 11mm black Tahitian pearl with a wonderfully silky sheen. Its rich, dark surface displays hints of green, yellow, and orange, and it contrasts wonderfully with the diamonds above.
Tahitian pearls tend to grow larger than pearls from other parts of the world, making them quite sought after. The impressive size of this pearl makes it the perfect anchor for this pendant design, and the other elements of the piece were chosen to highlight its excellent proportions.
Pendant Design and Diamond Accents
Above the pearl, three princess cut diamonds are bezel set and then linked as if by a chain extending up from the top of the setting of the pearl. These diamonds are each oriented with their corners at the compass positions, and they taper slightly moving upward. Pendants
The bezel settings that surround them are also a bit wider than normal, creating a beautiful frame around each stone. The sparkle of the diamonds provides the perfect counterpoint to the soft matte surface of the pearl as well, adding a glamorous flair without dominating the piece.

Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.

- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
