Description
This stunning pendant features a custom carved Rhodolite, with bright cut set diamond accents. It was designed originally for a client from Bothell, WA who we’ve worked with on several custom projects. She attended one of our gemstone parties and fell in love with this specialty cut stone, which she then asked us to turn into a unique and beautiful necklace.

Specialty Rhodolite
The gemstone anchoring this pendant is a 27.58 carat rhodolite with a rich, reddish-brown color. It is engraved with a swirling pattern that makes it seem almost liquid and helps it reflect more light, adding to its allure.
Diamond Accents
In a very unconventional display, the accent diamonds in this necklace are bright cut set in a bar suspended a bit above the main stone in the pendant. This placement and combination of features adds up to a truly outside-the-box design, which is exactly the kind of piece this client was looking for.

Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.
Lifetime warranty and care
- Lifetime warrantyYour custom piece is covered against manufacturing defects.
- Inspection every six monthsOur jewelers inspect your piece and provide ongoing care for the custom jewelry we make for you.
- Complimentary cleaningVisit us every six months for a complimentary cleaning.
Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
