Custom Diamond Cluster Pendant
Item #102238 Price includes chainPendant Description
Diamond Cluster
The unique look of this pendant comes from the way the diamonds are arranged in relation to each other. The four larger stones make up a diamond shape, and the smaller diamonds fill in the gaps to give the pendant as a whole a more rounded appearance.
Shared prong settings are used to hold all of the stones, which means there is as little metal showing as possible when the pendant is viewed from the front.
Our client had a very specific idea of what she wanted, and we worked closely with her, going through several different iterations of this design, until we had it exactly right.
Custom Design Process
Whether you live in the area, or you’re several states away, we have the tools, resources, and experience to create a beautiful custom piece of jewelry for you. We can do this through collaboration in the online workroom we set up for all custom orders, and our expert staff will take whatever information you can give us about the piece you want and turn it into a preliminary design for you.
The highly detailed 3D proofs we create next let you preview the piece ahead of time and make any adjustments you’d like. We can also generate rendered images from these proofs, as certain aspects of the design don’t appear on the CAD images the same way they will in real life. And if you want an additional layer of reassurance, we’ll make a wax model of your design and ship it to you to examine before we get started crafting your piece.

Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
