We’ll modify our models of your unique design as many times as necessary to ensure we’ve captured your vision, and we won't turn things over to our expert artisans to begin production until we’ve received your explicit approval to do so.
Diamond Center
The centerpiece of this piece is a 0.74 carat round brilliant cut diamond, and it’s held securely in a three-prong setting made from 14k white gold. The diamond makes up the entirety of the front of the body of the pendant, and the minimal nature of the setting allows the stone’s brilliance to shine through on all sides. Pendants
Pendant Design and Customization Options
Behind the diamond, a simple white gold basket protects the back of the stone and provides a framework for the pendant body. This basket is made up of two rings of metal, spaced slightly apart, and the prongs of the main setting cross these rings on their way up to wrap around the diamond.
The bale attaches to the side of the top prong as it runs along the basket, and its elegant, tapered shape is the perfect complement to the diamond below. Customizing this piece could include using a different color metal for the setting, switching to a different shape for the center stone, or even using a different arrangement of prongs to produce a subtly different look. 100% Satisfaction

Design and estimate
The initial design and estimate are free, with no obligation. Your designer discusses the materials, changes and budget with you before you commit.
3D design review
After you accept the estimate and make a down payment, we create a 3D CAD model and rendered views. Revisions within the initial design parameters are included; changes to materials or their amounts are re-estimated.
Physical model
A full-size wax model can be made to review scale, shape and proportions before production. It can be viewed in a showroom or shipped to you.
Approval and production
The design is approved before production begins. Your designer confirms the schedule, and our jewelers make, set and finish the piece.
Quality
Our custom jewelry follows design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support and setting security.
- Structure and support
- The setting must have enough metal to support the stones and hold its shape through everyday wear. If an area needs more support, we address it before production.
- Diamond and gemstone selection
- We help you choose stones for your custom design, reviewing cut, color, clarity, consistency and fit. Your budget guides these choices; our standards for materials and craftsmanship remain the same.
- Final inspection
- Before completion, we review each custom piece for proportion, comfort, stone security and finish.

Coverage conditions
For Joseph Jewelry custom pieces, coverage begins with your signature. To keep it active, Joseph Jewelry must inspect and sign for your piece every six months and perform recommended repairs and maintenance.
Repairs due to normal wear and tear are the owner's responsibility. Damage, abuse or alterations can void coverage. Customers outside Washington pay shipping both ways for inspections or repairs, plus applicable duty or customs fees.
