Custom Diamond Pendant
Item #104071 Price includes chainPendant Description
After her initial visit, we put together a set of proofs for her in CAD of the piece as we proposed to make it. She requested some modifications to these, and so we integrated her feedback into our models until she was sure we had every detail just right.
Center Diamond
At the center of this design is a 1.04 carat round brilliant cut diamond, and it’s held in a partial bezel setting. The metal hugs the contours of the stone most of the way around, but it does extend briefly out to form points at the compass positions as identified when the pendant is hanging properly from the bale. Diamond and Milgrain Accents
The top of the bezel setting is lined with a double row of milgrain beading, and this adds a vintage flair as well as a nice frame for the stone. Above the main body of the pendant, a line of four bright cut set diamonds run up the front of the bale, and these taper in size along with the metal they’re set in. This detail adds a glamorous sparkle to the piece, and it provides a nice counterpoint to the larger diamond below. 100% Satisfaction
Filigree Basket
An ornate filigree basket encloses the back of the center diamond, and it’s made up of pear-shaped loops of metal that are gathered together in groups of three. These bring a floral element to the design, and they are a detail that you can modify yourself if you’re interested in customizing this piece.

Joseph Jewelry
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
