Custom Emerald Amethyst And Diamond Pendant
Item #104076 Price includes chainPendant Description
Pendant Design
The pendant is designed in the shape of a ginkgo leaf, with the stem extending up towards the bale and the body of the leaf fanning out below. The particular leaf shape we used was based on a picture the client shared with us, while the way the gemstones are integrated was inspired by another custom piece we had made previously.
The organic style of the design is enhanced by the fact that the bale is simply part of the stem, extending upward and narrowing on its way to meet the chain. This design detail helps provide continuity to the piece and it ensures that the pendant hangs in the desired position at all times. The surface of the leaf is also not completely flat, with a slightly rippling dynamic that adds to the organic style of the design as well. Pendants
Amethysts, Emeralds and Diamonds
There are six emeralds, six amethysts and eight diamonds in this piece, all of which are of varying sizes. They’re distributed in a random manner, which adds to the organic overtones of the design. The specific types of stones were chosen by the client, and each held special meaning for him.
All of the stones sit within openings between the strands that form the body of the leaf, and they contrast beautifully with the silvery shine of the metal they’re set in. They were all chosen to fit perfectly into the space available, adding to the smooth flow and elegant lines of the design.
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
