Custom Princess Cut Pendant
Item #100068 Price includes chainPendant Description
To begin the custom design process, you can share your ideas with our team, either in person in our Bellevue, WA showroom or through our website. Once we have a good idea of the general outline you’d like for your piece, we’ll create a highly-detailed CAD model that we’ll share with you through the workroom we set up to manage your project. We’ll continue to adjust this model based on your feedback, and only once you’re completely satisfied will we move things into production.
Princess Cut Diamond
At the heart of this piece is a gorgeous 2.01 carat princess cut diamond. It’s held in place by four chevron prongs that accentuate its beautiful shape while also protecting its corners from damage. The way the diamond is oriented, with its points aligned with compass positions, is what gives this design its wonderful character, and the lack of extra metal on the sides of the diamond keeps its brilliant sparkle as the main visual focus.
Pendant Design
The bale connects to the pendant behind the top corner, with a tail that loops through from one side to the other, and then curls across the top of the prong. This gives the bale itself an asymmetrical look almost like a musical note, and it allows the body of the pendant to swing freely from side to side. The almost whimsical shape of the bale complements the shape and positioning of the diamond nicely, softening the overall appearance of the piece and introducing a bit of classical charm.
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
