The bale attaches through a loop of metal that emerges between two of these, and the trunk extends down with a smooth curve to one side. The entire front surface, except for a narrow white gold outline, is covered with pave set diamond accents. All of these diamonds are round, and they taper up and down in order to perfectly fill the space available.
