London Blue Topaz and Diamond Halo
At the center of this design is a 1.75 carat cushion cut London blue topaz. The prongs holding the stone meet it at its rounded corners, which are rotated to sit at the compass positions. This arrangement gives the pendant its somewhat star-like shape, which also brings a satisfying balance to the design overall. Pendants
A halo of bright cut set diamonds surrounds the center topaz, with all of the diamonds in the halo grouped into eight teardrop-shaped sections by lines of milgrain beading. These sections are arranged around the center in pairs, with the pointed ends of the sections in each pair lining up together with the corners of the topaz.
Pendant Design and Filigree Basket
Above the main body of the pendant, a larger round diamond is bezel set at the base of the bale, which extends up from the top of that bezel setting in the form of two strands that eventually come together to create a marquise shape. Both strands are lined with split prong set diamonds for some added glamorous sparkle. Bellevue Location
Behind the halo, a basket protects the back of the center setting, and its sides are composed of elegant swirls of filigree. The design of the filigree complements the shape of the sections of the halo, helping to increase the cohesiveness of the piece while also contributing to its classical style overall.
Customizing This Design
Any Joseph Jewelry item can be customized or used as the starting point for a new custom design. The gemstones, metal, proportions, setting style, surface details, and overall profile can be adjusted to better match your preferences, style, and budget.
Every custom piece begins with a conversation about what you want to create and what matters most to you. You work one-on-one with a designer to refine the concept, review the design direction, and create a detailed 3D CAD image of the item before it is made.
After the design is approved, we can create a wax model so you can review the piece physically. This step helps you evaluate scale, proportions, shape, and overall presence before final production begins.
Once the wax model is approved, our jewelers craft the finished piece with attention to structure, finish, stone security, and long-term wear. Each adjustment is reviewed carefully so the final item feels intentional, balanced, and made specifically for you.
You do not need to have every detail figured out before starting. If you like this item but want to change the stone, metal, size, shape, width, engraving, or overall style, we can guide those decisions through the custom design process.
Quality & Craftsmanship
At Joseph Jewelry, quality begins with the structure. We follow strict design and construction standards for metal thickness, weight, stone support, setting security, and long-term durability. These details help ensure the item is substantial enough for everyday wear while still maintaining a refined appearance.
We do not design custom jewelry to be unnecessarily thin or fragile. If a setting, band, gallery, or accent detail needs more support, we address it before production begins. The goal is to protect the stones, preserve the shape of the ring, and create a piece that can be worn confidently over time.
Gemstone selection is also part of our quality process. We help choose the center stone, side stones, and melee diamonds used in each ring, reviewing them for cut, color, clarity, consistency, and how well they fit the design. Even when a ring is designed around a specific budget, we maintain careful standards for the materials and craftsmanship that determine the quality of the finished piece.
Before completion, each custom piece is reviewed for proportion, comfort, stone security, finishing, and long-term wear.
Care & Warranty
All Joseph Jewelry custom pieces are supported by our lifetime warranty. We also provide long-term care, including complimentary cleaning and regular inspection, so your jewelry can be maintained properly over time.
Routine inspection is especially valuable for pieces worn every day. It allows the setting, stones, and overall structure to be checked as the jewelry is worn.
