I bought my fiancé's ring here. The customer service is fantastic! I worked with Andrea and Bobby and both of them did an amazing job walking me through the design process as well as helping me make an informed decision. They were never pushy or hurry me to make a decision, but instead they did a great job making sure I understood and I was happy with my choices. The ring came up beautiful, but it was a little bit big so I went there and they took care of it without any extra cost. I highly recommend it.
My fiancé and I (both women) wanted to get coordinating, but not matching, engagement rings, and we chose to work with Joseph Jewelry based on their stellar reviews and reputation for custom rings. We could not have been happier with our decision! From our first conversation with Erich in the Bellevue store, everyone we worked with was enthusiastic, respectful of our budget, responsive, and patient throughout the design process. After sketching up some initial designs for us based on what we liked in the store and online, we kicked off simultaneous design processes for both our rings. From our initial meeting to having the rings in hand was rough 4-5 months, which was perfect for us and mostly based on our laidback response timeline during the design process (e.g. occasionally we'd take nearly week to respond to questions or updates mockups), so I think it could have been faster if we'd wanted. The design team was very patient with our repeated minor tweaks, and they were great at refining the design (eg at one point I thought the prongs looked "too antler-y" and they understood what I meant and changed the design perfectly). I appreciated the team's excitement about designing both rings together, and as someone who struggles to be decisive, I enjoyed the process much more than I expected. Overall, I would highly recommend the Joseph Jewelry team!
I cannot recommend Joseph Jewelry more highly. My fiancé and I had such an enjoyable, personal, and stress-free time designing his wedding band. We were able to work with Tony both online and in person to bring my fiancé's dream ring to life. Tony was so attentive and helpful in listening to my fiancé's ideas and using the images he uploaded to craft a truly unique piece of jewelry. The jewelers are all incredibly talented at helping pinpoint what you are looking for in a piece of jewelry and provide lots of options and examples of what the finished piece might look like. In each step of the process, we were provided with drawings and renderings of the ring, each adjusted according to prior feedback. From the initial design process, to the revisions and suggestions, to the final piece arriving at our house, the team at Joseph Jewelry were a pleasure to work with. My fiancé was so delighted with the ring that he simply couldn't wait to start wearing it, and has been proudly wearing it daily six months before the wedding! I would recommend Joseph Jewelry to anyone looking for unique, high quality jewelry.

I recently had a great experience working with the team at Joseph Jewelry. I had a unique project I needed help on and I had called around to a few different jewelers before finding Joseph Jewelry on Yelp. My little sister is getting married next month and she was super close to my grandpa who was an army veteran and who passed away last year. For her "something old" I wanted to get the shell from his 21 gun salute engraved with his favorite saying, "always stay humble and kind" and give it to her for her wedding day. I explained this to the team, picked out the font and how I wanted the saying displayed on the shell and was told it would take a couple weeks to complete. I actually got a call just a week and a half later and picked up the item yesterday to find it shining and beautifully engraved with the saying. I am super happy with the help I received from the team for this unique project as it is something special my sister can treasure forever.
Erich helped my fiancé select one of the most unique engagement rings I've ever seen. Although my fiancé bounced ideas off of friends and family, he consulted with Erich and other teammbers to select the best diamond makers for my particular gems and diamond. Props to everyone for using my birthstone which changes colors depending on the light. I'm also glad my gems and diamond were all lab grown. I met Erich yesterday for the first time, and he was so excited to hear our proposal story, congratulate me and walk us through the resizing process. I want to say more, but my interaction was limited. From what I experienced, we'll be returning to purchase wedding bands.
I am so so so happy with my experience with Joseph Jewelers! My fiance and I ended-up designed a custom engagement and wedding ring set using the stones from my great grandmother's rings. Erich helped us at every step of the way. We walked in with only a budget, but no real ideas what we wanted. We weren't sure if we wanted to buy a ring or design a custom one even. The staff at Joseph Jewelry were so kind and patient and really helped us to decide which was the best option for us within our budget. They never once made us feel like we needed to spend more money, and they never once made us feel bad for considering using heirloom stones. I HIGHLY recommend getting a custom ring done with them if you are looking to use a family heirloom! The entire experience was amazing, and I am so happy with my completely unique and 100% "me" engagement ring! We primarily worked with Erich and he was wonderful. He was so patient with me and really made us feel cared for and special. Since I had no idea what I wanted, he spent lots of time looking at different ring designs with me and listening to what I liked/didn't like about each ring. After about 30 minutes, we went to his desk and he made some quick sketches of different ring ideas using all of my likes from the other rings. Within an hour, we had designed a completely unique ring using elements from various styles in the store. He also helped us to incorporate stones from my great-grandmother's wedding set so that everything would be cohesive and stay within our budget. After the sketch mock-up, the ring is sent to CAD so they come up with computer images of the ring using the exact sizes of the diamonds we provided. They were happy to make any adjustments we asked for and this whole process was really easy. You use an online portal so you don't even have to go back in to the store for this process. Overall, it took about 2 months to have the rings made. However, I think this is a bit longer than usual since it was over the holidays. I am so pleased with my experience with Erich and Joseph Jewelry. I am in LOVE with my engagement and wedding rings, and I am so happy to have been a part of the design experience. Initially, I thought a custom ring would be totally out of our budget, but they really work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want within your price range. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for custom jewelry, looking to re-set family stones, or even just shopping for a new piece! I could not be happier with my experience. I first went into Joseph Jewelry when I was checking out Main St and Bellevue, my new neighborhood. I had a bag full of tangled up necklaces and they actually untangled them for me, for free! A couple months later, my now-fiance and I were talking about getting married and I remembered the service I received at Joseph Jewelry. First off, I got to design my own engagement ring with Andrea, who is very patient and helpful! I knew right off the bat I didn't want something simple, and it took a couple of rounds of design meetings and emails to get the one I want, partially due to my indecisiveness. The designer communicated with my fiance via a portal they have which made it very easy to create the 3D design. They also made wax models so I could try on two designs. When I was proposed to, I was so in love with my ring! A couple months later, I got a call from Joseph Jewelry stating that they had accidentally made my ring in 14K gold when it should have been platinum (I had no idea), and they were able to get me a new ring within 1-2 weeks. Very great customer service if you ask me! We did also end up buying my wedding band at the store and I know that if there are any other future jewelry needs, we'll be stopping by there first. Btw, they do have retail parking that's behind the building.
I received a Victorian bracelet with five stones from my grandmother. The bracelet was set in gold and a bit more formal than I would wear. It was quite a sentimental piece, as it came from my grandma. Included with the bracelet was the dated note bequeathing the bracelet to me, I have to laugh as it was written on a bank deposit slip from a bank in Texas. I wanted the stones set in a ring that I could wear daily. I worked with Tony to choose a ring design, he was amazing to work with and I really appreciated the time he took to listen to the importance of the piece of jewelry and the reason I ended up choosing the ring design I did; his listening meant a lot as my grandma had recently passed. I was able to see where the jewelry is designed and built. Tony, the designers, the artists and the entire team at Joseph Jewelry were a pleasure to work with. I am so thrilled to wear my ring and love being able to show it off, including the engraving of the date that the original bracelet was bequeathed to me. I appreciate the time and care they took in making me feel like the most important customer. The craftsmanship is impeccable and I highly recommend Joseph Jewelry.

I recently worked with Tony to redesign a three-stone diamond necklace from a family ring. At the same time, we worked together on a redesign of a ring I had given to my daughter-in-love. Tony and the team were in continual communication throughout the process and I appreciated how closely he listened to my "vision" for the end result. I was NOT disappointed. Both projects were stunning and I was elated over how they turned out. They truly "get it". I will definitely return to Joseph Jewelry for any future purchases. My first experience here was working with Joseph throughout the design process of my engagement ring and wedding band. I continually receive compliments about my beautiful rings. They will let you see the facility and where your jewelry is kept, as well as the extent of the security that is used. I would definitely go back.
I was a walk in and met with Andrea, who is a total pro. I had 3 rings that I needed reappraised for insurance, our everyday rings. On top of that I wanted to add diamonds to one of the rings. The price was very fair, the new appraisals were very detailed, and the rings came back looking better than new. I will take all of my items or buy any new pieces from Andrea at Joseph.
My fiancé and I got engaged and he had used his grandmothers old European cut diamond ring. We knew we wanted to take the diamond and put it in another setting that fit me. After a lot of research online, we chose Joseph jewelry because there was a ton of positive reviews. We went in and they were really helpful and we put our deposit down that day. Through the whole process we worked with Jessica, Andrea and Lauren. They were all great! I'd definitely recommend this place. They worked with our budget as well as my vision of exactly what I wanted. They even made a wax model for me to look at and try on to see what it'd look like before the final production. The ring was also done two weeks early which was an awesome surprise!
We had a wonderful experience with Joseph Jewelers. We chose to visit Joseph Jewelers because they offer certified conflict-free diamonds and because they were highly rated online. We went in with a budget, but without a clear idea of what style of diamond engagement ring would be best for me. Tony was very patient as I tried on numerous rings. There were many beautiful designs to choose from and it was a bit difficult to narrow it down, but I finally went with the one that gave me the greatest feeling of joy. It turns out that the one I chose was also my husband's favorite design. After I made my selection, Tony worked with us to modify the design to keep it in our budget. We also purchased wedding bands for both of us which echoed the design of my engagement ring. They were able to get our wedding bands to us in time for our elopement the next weekend. The engagement ring took about six weeks to be completed, which Tony let us know from the outset. It was worth the wait. I love my ring! We were impressed with our entire experience with Joseph Jewelers. They offer superior customer service and they have a beautiful boutique with many gorgeous original designs to choose from. They specialize in custom jewelry. We went with a partially customized engagement ring, but you could just as easily work with them to design a completely original piece. I'd be delighted to work with them again. We have other big purchases in our sights right now, so it will be awhile before we buy any more fine jewelry, but I really do hope to be able to shop with Joseph Jewelers again. They have a great team, and for the record (I hope my husband reads this), I really do love bling!
We found some beautiful ring ideas online and were thrilled that they were here in Bellevue at Joseph Jewelry. Danny was polite, knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. We needed our rings in two weeks and they delivered...amazing, considering it's the holidays! We also needed one of the rings re-sized and it only took an hour and half! Just enough time to grab a bite to eat on Main. Lovely! We'll be back!

Had a chance to sit and chat with Tony about some estate pieces. Tony went above and beyond. Tony took the time to talk to me about several ideas to pass along some older estate pieces. He knew I wasn't there to buy and still took his time and shared with me the many options I had with these pieces. Tony is tops. My boyfriend and I went to Joseph Jewelry to see what moissanite looks like IRL. Right away Erich was very helpful and informative. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and did not pressure us at all toward getting a diamond. We've been to several jewelry stores that only carry diamonds that tried to tell us we don't want anything but a diamond, so it was really refreshing to not be pressured into getting something we don't want. We had a wonderful experience and loved Erich's preliminary sketches so much we even started the process for designing a custom ring! We both can't wait to go back. Would definitely recommend this place to all my friends planning on getting engaged! Update: The ring is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The staff here are simply amazing. They're patient, knowledgeable and most importantly NOT PUSHY! They never rushed us into making a decision and made sure we were comfortable throughout the design process. They are genuine and remembered all the conversations we've had even though it was over the course of 7-9 months. I mainly worked with Andrea, she was so nice and supportive. I currently live in Miami, and flew home to Bellevue to visit family and inquire about a custom engagement ring that could be made with my Grandmother's precious antique diamonds. I wanted the ring to be designed and made in my home town where my grandmother lived for sentimental reasons. The ring arrived via Fed Ex 2 day shipping to Miami on the expected date, even after i made modifications to my original request. I took it home and opened the carefully-wrapped package in the sun to fully experience my first impression... the piece was and is breathtaking, far exceeding my expectations. The ring was appraised as promised. I am so happy with my choice to go with this company. Five stars means promises delivered without any hassle. Working with Erich at Joseph Jewelry has been such a delight. After seeing his work written up at Offbeat Bride, it wasn't too long into working with him in person that I made the connection, and then felt very sure I'd really lucked out! I had come in with an idea of what I'd wanted, but knew I also wanted something a little extra. During the course of our consultation, Erich was able to really hone in on the essence of what I was going for, and create a design that was far better than anything I could have imagined on my own! I was blown away by the number of ideas and unique solutions he offered, all with such a bright and genuine enthusiasm! The facility with which he sketched out ideas to illustrate his thinking as we discussed possibilities, and the intuitive respect and care with which he handled my design left such an impression on me. My overall impression of Joseph Jewelry is one of professionalism and competence with a smile. I'll not only be returning for further pieces, but recommending them every chance I get!
This place is awesome! I got proposed to one Saturday afternoon and the ring was a bit too small. My fiancé had planned an engagement party for that night and I really wanted to wear the ring for it. I called Joseph Jewelry and they got me in immediately, resized my ring, and had me on way in less than 2 hours! All other places I called said it would take at least a couple days. I was so grateful for them for their outstanding, fast and efficient service, even though I wasn't a previous customer. I am inclined to go there from now on for all my jewelry needs. About a year ago, my (now) fiancée needed to have a couple pieces of jewelry fixed and chose Joseph Jewelry because they were the highest rated jeweler on Yelp and happened to be the closest one to her house. They did a great job and were reasonably priced. She mentioned to me in passing (not as a hint) what beautiful, original pieces they had in the store. I made note of her comment, and when I decided to propose, I went to Joseph Jeweler because she had had such a good experience with them, really liked their jewelry, and because I had explored their website and found many lovely designs there. I went in with an initial design from the website in mind as a starting point, and with a budget I wanted to work within. Erich and the team were very respectful of both. Over a period of a few months, I worked with Erich to design the ring and select the stones. I had chosen an emerald-cut sapphire for the middle stone, and Erich found a gorgeous one, but after considering I decided that it was too light, so he found another in a deeper blue--no questions asked--that I knew my girlfriend would like better. After adding that stone to the setting, I asked about changing the design and adding two baguette diamonds to flank the sapphire and Danny happened to have two that matched and were a perfect complement to the center stone. Throughout the process, they were professional, flexible, and helpful and I had a great time working with them. In fact, as we were in the midst of designing the ring, I bought a pair of diamond and sapphire earrings for an anniversary gift that were beautiful in their own right, but that I also knew would complement the ring once I had proposed. The final ring design was striking and elegant, and my fiancée loves both pieces of jewelry and is frequently asked where they came from because they are so beautiful. I'm always happy to refer them to Danny, Erich, and the staff at Joseph Jewelry.

My wife is allergic to cheaper metals, so finding somewhere with a good selection of platinum rings was a must. Joseph Jewelry did not disappoint! We worked directly with Tony to find and customize a ring that exactly met our needs and budget. I don't buy a lot of jewelry, so I really appreciated the time taken to make sure that I knew what I was getting. We ended up getting the entire wedding set and couldn't be happier!

My fiancé and I were strolling by the shop walking our dog and decided to head in, inquiring about wedding bands. Not only are they dog friendly (!), they were very attentive. We chatted with Anthony for a bit, who was super kind and helped to answer all of our questions. We had a great feeling about the shop, as its a local neighborhood business, and had to head back a few days later to start the design project with them. Long story short, we just received my finished ring last week and it is beyond breathtaking. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is impeccable. It's truly one of a kind. After seeing a custom JJ ring on the internet that I loved, I was excited that they were local! I started the online chat conversation about modifying the design to suit my tastes, then quickly handed the reins to my fiancee and managed to not peek at the progress. There was a point in the process where i got really nervous, because the renderings were a lot "chunkier" than i wanted to wear and were starting to deviate too from the inspiration. I made a detailed sketch and we were able to course-correct and max a wax model! We visited a couple times to pick out a diamond and review the prototype. We thoroughly enjoyed the creation process and are thrilled to be owners of a completely unique ring that I will treasure forever.
I'm so happy my fiancé & I decided to go to Joseph Jewelry when re-setting my engagement ring. We had heard wonderful things about this shop from multiple people so it definitely stood out to us right away. The diamond in my engagement ring was originally my great grandmother's, so I definitely wanted to find somewhere small and local that we could trust with an heirloom piece like this. I immediately found a gorgeous setting I loved which made the process quite easy! We worked with Erich, who was lovely. He was very helpful and helped guide us, while also giving us space to chat and come to our own conclusions. I was sad when he told us it would take 7-8 weeks to reset my ring, but - they called in just under 3 weeks that it was ready! Yay! I don't know how typical that is so I wouldn't bank on it, but I was so impressed and thrilled with how quick it was and how beautiful my ring turned out. We'll be returning in a few months to pick out wedding bands. I highly recommend this shop for your jewelry needs!
Joseph and Danny at Joseph's Jewelry are two of the world's nicest people. Besides the high quality of their work, I love how they treat me when I walk through the door with a warm welcome and appreciation for my business. My adult children refer to them as our "family jeweler" because they have been a part of so many events in our lives- from regular birthdays to momentous occasions. They designed a pendant for my mother's 80th birthday, my 30th wedding anniversary ring, my son and his wife's wedding rings. On two occasions when I lost a favorite earring, they made me a new one. Once my daughter took them an inexpensive but emotionally meaningful brooch to have repaired for a friend after her mom had died. They took the same level of care and interest in that as if it had been a valuable heirloom. I am always happy when I can refer someone to go check them out and am never surprised when I hear back what a good experience they had.

I accidentally broke the chain on a beloved necklace with a lot of sentimental value. Based on the amazing Yelp reviews, I decided to try Joseph Jewelry today to get a repair evaluation. Best decision I've made in a long time! The shop is beautiful and has plenty of parking around back. Anthony greeted me, took a look at my necklace, and said they'd be able to fix it at no cost!! I was there all of 10 minutes and got my necklace back in perfect shape. They could not have been nicer or more professional and accommodating. I will definitely be returning to Joseph Jewelry as well as recommending them to others! Thank you!
I came here to customize a ring for my girlfriend (now fiance) and my experience was great! If you are looking for somewhere to customize your ring Joseph jewelry is the place. Their service was fantastic. They responded extremely quickly to every request and question and were very easy to work with. Any request I had they made happen. Extremely glad I chose to design my ring here. Also, most importantly my fiance loves her ring. She says "I'ts the most beautiful ring I have ever seen". My only warning would be that it does take 4-6 weeks ONCE you are finished with the designing process. So make sure you know what you want so the process can be as quick as possible.

Throughout the entire design process, my fiance cannot say enough good things about the care, professionalism, and warmth of the Joseph Jewelry staff. They were willing to answer all questions patiently, and accept feedback to ensure the design was exactly what he wanted. And, now that I have my beautiful ring, they're still available to answer all care-related questions! Bottom line: these are great people who know their stuff!

I've been meaning to hold off on posting my review until the wedding bands for myself and my fiancé were finished, but the staff at Joseph went above and beyond my expectations today, so I'm posting my review early. When my fiancé and I first started talking about engagement rings, we knew that our primary requirement was wanting ethically sourced diamonds. Using that as our starting point, I began researching local jewelers to see what was available (since we wanted to be able to view our jewelry in person if possible), and we discovered that Joseph Jewelry was only a block away from our home and had fantastic reviews. After visiting many stores online, and viewing a few in person, we decided that Joseph seemed the most reliable and had an incredibly impressive array of designs online (which are just as impressive in person). The fact that our design would be custom and unique to us was the icing on the cake. Erich is our closest point of contact, and he's always been great about walking us through details and educating us every step of the way (whether about the design process or the materials used). We never felt pressured or rushed in any way during any of our many visits. If Erich was busy with another client or not in that day, Tony would step in - and he's equally fantastic. Lex was our designer, and had a really quick turnaround time on any changes we requested to our engagement ring design, as well as good advice on alternatives if my requests would compromise the structure and strength of the jewelry itself. Safe to say, the staff never makes you feel like a nuisance - they listen to your thoughts, concerns, and always do their utmost to make their clients happy. As for the custom jewelry designing process itself - it's pretty cool, as others have noted. There's really nothing quite like the combination of seeing the digital renderings and getting to feel a physical wax mold to give you a sense of how the design will look and feel in the end. It's as close to getting to see an actual product as you can get before the jewelry is actually made, helping you ensure that you're truly happy with the design. (And even then, when I actually got to see the final ring in person? So, so much more gorgeous than I was expecting. I don't get excited all that easily, and I was giddy when I finally got to wear the ring.) The experience made it easy for us to decide to return to the same store for our wedding bands. And the second time we went to brainstorm on my fiancé's band, Tony also offered to clean my ring (for free) while we were there. I got to see their steam cleaner, which was super efficient. But adding to all of this, this past weekend I somehow managed to clumsily dent my ring. I was fully prepared to have to leave my ring at the store and pay to restore it, and was feeling pretty guilty for not being more careful. I popped by the store, and Erich immediately set my mind at ease, saying it was no problem. He headed to the back room to talk with other staff, and within minutes, they had my ring back out, polished and cleaned beautifully, and I literally can't tell which side of my ring had the scratch anymore. To me, this is truly service at its finest. Basically - service and style make all the difference. Could not recommend Joseph more if you're shopping around for engagement and wedding rings.
I had an engagement ring and wedding band set made by Joseph Jewelry and everything came out stunningly. Not only were the rings beautifully made, but the entire process was easy and fun - all completely done online/remotely. I was certainly hesitant doing everything remotely, but their team is amazing and helped every step of the way. They were also honest about pricing and what is and isn't worth it, even when it meant a cheaper price. I appreciated that honesty and candor. Everyone was warm and kind and made the entire process easy. I wouldn't hesitant purchasing from them again. My wife just birthed our first child, and Joseph Jewelry really came through in making a gorgeous custom piece as a "push present". She is in love with our new son, but the pendant from Joseph is a close second. Birthstone pieces can be ordered online from a retail jeweler, even up to six stones (five different colors for us, the kid, and the dog children), but finding real emeralds, diamonds, rubies, and so on requires a real jeweler like Joseph's. I got to meet and work with Erich Moffitt, who I later learned is not simply a salesman but an accomplished artist: erichjmoffitt.com. I brought him an idea ("family tree") and a bad sketch of my own, and he turned it into something magical right there in the store right on the back of a pad. We went back and forth a few times online with a few more design iterations but really the work is close to his original in-store re-design. It was executed on schedule, close to budget, and in time for the birth. She loves it. It's designed to be expandable for more kids. It's perfect. I will go to Joseph first for any jewelry in the future. Kudos to the team.
Joseph's Jewelry was beyond anything I could've ever expected from a jeweler when I began searching for an engagement ring! The process began when I first came in to their store met by friendly staff that provided a pressure-free environment and worked with me to pic out the perfect custom ring for my now fiancé. In addition, they were able to work with my timeline and budget without compromising the final product! Their in-house designers were amazing, helping me create a unique, one-of-a-kind ring. The designer i worked with, Lex, provided me with constant updates throughout the design process and was highly responsive throughout the development/concept stages, making sure that every detail was perfect! My fiancé worked with Joseph Jewelry to create my engagement ring of my dreams. We looked at several other stores, but we liked the design at Joseph the best. Their staff are the most courteous. Andrea didn't pray to our special business but she was very helpful and not judging. Lex was a fantastic designer and very very easy to work with. Our overall experience was far better than we have hoped for. We will be back for the wedding bands.
Erich gave us the best customer service we have ever received. Nice little shop in Bellevue with beautiful, unique items. He worked with our budget to get us exactly what we wanted. The website is also amazing. The experience is completely different from the chain jewelry stores. I wish this had been our first stop and not our last.
Danny and team were fantastic to work with! My (then) boyfriend and I visited their beautiful store about a year before we ended up coming back around to using them (there was a cross-country move, a new job, and of course an engagement in between). Their great customer service and reasonable prices always stood out in our minds. As did a men's band that was incredibly unique and unlike anything we had seen anywhere else. When it came time to work with Joseph's, I was in need of a custom platinum diamond band to fit around my engagement ring that we had found elsewhere, but it required something very custom to fit up against the intricate design. I also wanted it to match my engagement ring exactly. My (now) fiance' also still wanted the unique men's band he had seen at Joseph's. Both rings ultimately exceeded both of our expectations. The men's band was customized in width and type of material to create a perfect custom fit that he absolutely loves (and can play basketball while wearing) and is super durable. My band was made to fit exactly next to my engagement ring and was customized to resemble it so closely you would be certain they were purchased together. I was beyond impressed with Danny and team's work. It was flawless. My rings now lock together and my wedding band keeps my halo engagement ring from sliding from one side to the other. They also added scrolling to one side of the ring that is simply beautiful. And they added a custom engraving on the inside of each of our bands. He literally brought an idea in my head into existence, by hand. That is an amazing skill when you think about it. I so appreciated that Danny spent over an hour with me designing the rings and patiently showing me examples of what they could do. He provided such great service, and I did not feel rushed at all in making a decision. He also communicated with me promptly via email and coordinated shipping rings back and forth to me as we no longer lived in the Seattle area. I also loved working with all of the staff there; everyone was so helpful and friendly. We both get so many compliments on our rings and I would not hesitate to come back (which now literally means flying across the country!) to Joseph's Jewelry for any other jewelry selections and any custom work. My fiancee (then my girlfriend) went to check out Joseph Jewelry. My intention was to give her a better idea of what kind of ring she wanted. I didn't expect what happened next. We were greeted by an associate named Andrea and my girlfriend shared what kind of styles she liked. As she tried on the rings that Andrea suggested, it seemed like the two "playing with dolls". Andrea made my girlfriend feel so comfortable and really listened to what Cassie had to say. Finally, Andrea suggested a ring that ended up being very close to what my girlfriend was looking for. I gave my budget to Andrea and she was incredibly flexible to stay within it. We decided to go the custom ring route and it was an excellent process. Andrea was very respectful, personable, thorough, and detailed every step of the way. She was excited to incorporate all the ideas I had in mind. The CAD designs allowed for very detailed images and any modifications requested were shown quickly. When the ring was finally finished (two weeks early), the entire team was excited with the final product. Seeing it in person was absolutely STUNNING. I honestly couldn't have been more satisfied with the whole process of purchasing this ring for my now fiancee. We walked away with a beautiful ring, a memorable experience, and a genuine friendship. My wife and I were married on October 1st, 2016. In the course of planning, she found Joseph's and the Mokume band for me as a wedding ring. Let me just say, amazing. Everyone comments on it, and it's totally unique. We ordered the ring online with no difficulty. It arrived exactly as advertised, packaged in a way befitting hand crafted art. Unfortunately, we had provided the wrong size. Resizing was no problem, in a matter of days I had the ring back fitting great. Fast forward a couple of weeks, I took a cleaning cloth to shine it up and ruined the finish. Joseph's took it back under warranty, and within days the ring was back to perfect. If you're looking for unique, amazingly crafted jewelry from a true artist, look no further. We will be customers for a long time.
Fantastic experience at Joseph--thank you, Erik! We went here for our wedding rings and my engagement ring, and have nothing but positive things to say. They are extremely helpful and not pushy, just wanting to help us get what we want. Their prices are really reasonable, and (according to my fiance) they're great to work with on custom designing. Also, as someone who wanted a Moissonite ring, not diamond, they didn't make either of us feel stupid or like second class customers (which other places have done upon hearing that).
I wanted to reset my engagement ring and found a perfect 5 star rating for Joseph Jewelry on Yelp. I had researched several other stores in the area, but was very impressed by Joseph's array of designs on their website. I drove down there the next day with no appointment and met with Tony, who greeted me with warmth. Tony took the time to look at my ring and the designs I had in mind for my custom creation. He assured me that they would be able to execute my design with ease and gave me an approx date for the completion (which was on exactly on time). I had several questions during the process which were easily asked through their online portal and I pretty much always had an immediate response back (within an hour). Amazing customer service. Three years ago I was able to design my engagement ring, it came out perfectly after many edits and re-edits. I think more than anything the staff is amazingly responsive and I have even had Joseph call me to address issues. I am really impressed with the service and quality of product.
I cannot say enough positive things about Joseph Jewelry. Although everyone we encountered at Joseph was delightful to work with, Bonnie and Danny exceeded all of our expectations with respect to the end-to-end process. Joseph is a custom jeweler and their display pieces are unique and unlike anything we had seen previously. A truly individual ring was a must-have for my fiancée and Joseph could not have been better suited to our needs. After looking at so many similar-looking rings elsewhere, at Joseph, we were immediately struck by finding two different designs we liked with accompanying wedding bands. I preferred one and she the other, but that is the benefit of working with a custom jeweler--we were able to describe the aspects each of us liked about one design or the other. We worked closely with Bonnie through multiple design consults (mostly because we had endless questions) and she was always supremely gracious and took the time to make sure we were absolutely pleased with the melding of the two styles into one, truly unique hybrid. At Joseph, it's clear there is an emphasis on ensuring that the end result of these design consults, CAD proofs, and ultimately wax modeling is that you end up with the perfect ring. It was also truly remarkable how flexible Joseph was with last-minute changes. We had worked with Danny on finding our center stone and discussing the brightset adorning the sides of both rings . He was knowledgeable and professional, patiently showing us different examples of center stones as well as providing quite an education on the 4 Cs of diamonds and how it would affect the final product. We felt very comfortable that we were getting the right balance of cost and value, not simply buying the most expensive stones we could afford. And at nearly the end of the process--design complete, model complete--we found that we wanted a larger center stone, it turned out to be no problem at all. Danny e-mailed 3 examples for us to choose from and had 2 delivered to the store in mere days. They didn't skip a beat where I thought this was going to have a lot of design implications and overhead. Lastly, despite our repeated assurances to Joseph that we weren't in any rush as to the completion date, leave it to me to wait until the 11th hour to ask if it would possibly be ready in time for her birthday--as I recall, the delivery date was still some time away. I never heard a "no", not even a concerned, "hmm...." Instead, Bonnie got back to me within minutes (their online messaging system is really awesome) saying that it would be no problem. Delivery was a breeze and they clearly stand behind their product, asking that the rings be brought in twice yearly for cleaning and inspection. Having that kind of peace of mind with such a large and important purchase is and was a real relief for both of us. I have already referred multiple friends to Joseph and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future. Every time my fiancée gets oohs and aahs from friends, coworkers, heck, even random strangers on the rings, I'll think fondly on just what a wonderful experience it was working with Joseph Jewelry to realize the design of her dreams.

There are many words that come to mind when I think about my experience at Joseph Jewelry, such as AMAZING, OUTSTANDING, EXCELLENT, HONEST, QUALITY, BEAUTIFUL, and GREAT (just to name a few). After several months of searching online and in several different jewelry stores, my fiance, Alex, and I stopped by Joseph Jewelry in Bellevue since we saw so many great reviews on Yelp. Now, I understand why they've earned every single one of their 5 stars. I would have given them 100 stars if I could! First, their customer service is absolutely outstanding and not pushy at all. The beautiful young lady that helped us, Pascale, was like an angel sent from jewelry heaven. She was very professional and listened to everything we wanted. We had originally just come into look for a groom's wedding band, since we had very little luck elsewhere. We were able to custom design his ring to exactly what he wanted without any hassle. We've looked everywhere to find something he liked without luck, so it was amazing to do a custom design. Although we weren't expecting to find a wedding band for me, I saw something in the case that I fell in love with, but I wanted a few tweaks. Pascale was amazing and helped me design the most perfect, beautiful ring of my dreams. She had great suggestions that I really felt enhanced the look of the ring. A-freaking-MAZING! Secondly, they have a very cool and modern method of communication during the design process where you can communicate directly with the designer through the Joseph Jewelry website. They can show you 3D renderings of your designed ring and can even mock up a 3D printed model for you to hold, feel and look at. They will not start manufacturing the ring until you love every piece of it! We had the pleasure of working with Bonnie and she was incredible. We communicated small tweaks we wanted to the design and she was able to deliver! She had all the details down to a T. Lastly, and I'm sure most importantly to many, in addition to the incredible customer service, the prices of the pieces at Joseph's is very, very fair. I felt like they were truly willing to work with us and our budget. There were many options and alternatives they provided us to ensure that we got what we wanted without breaking the bank. After my mom had her engagement ring and a couple other rings my dad had given her over the years removed in the hospital, I brought them to Joseph's to have them resized so she could put them on and off easily and cleaned. The team at Joseph's did a fantastic job. What I got back was rings that were decades old that looked absolutely brand new and pristine and fit my mom perfectly. I can not say enough good things about the quality of the work and highly recommend Joseph's.
Honestly I couldn't be happier with what these guys did for my rings. Originally I just needed my engagement ring re-plated and looked (what felt like everywhere) for a jeweler that would do the black rhodium plating but my ring seemed to be too unusual for most of Bellevue's big jewelers. Then I found Joseph's (just down the street from my condo, as well) and that was a huge relief. It wasn't until a few days after I had my husband drop the ring off that I figured it was probably time for me to get the engagement ring and my wedding band soldered together. I called on Saturday and Joseph told me that my ring had just been prepped to be re-plated and if I wanted to bring in the wedding band it would be a good time to get them done at once. I was there around 10:45 am to drop off the band and back around 5:30 pm the same day to pick up the finished product. I couldn't stop staring at the rings on my way home and my husband even was astonished with how gorgeous they both looked- he doesn't want to take the rings anywhere else ever again. The rhodium plating stood out even more beautifully than the original ring. I want to thank Joseph Jewelry from the bottom of our hearts for making it such a smooth, quick and easy process and returning me with rings seamlessly soldered and even more beautiful than before.
Before I go on, I just want to say I had an awesome experience at Joseph Jewelry, specifically with the custom engagement ring I got from them. From the start, they were extremely welcoming and I couldn't have asked for more. Their numerous 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp are definitely well deserved! Ok, now that you know you need to check these guys out if you're in the market for jewelry, I'll go into more detail. I had done a ton of research, gone ring shopping with the now fiance, and considered everything. My plan was to get a loose diamond from Blue Nile (father-in-law to be thought he'd be able to get a discount through friends he had worked with there). I had shopped around, and a lot of the places wouldn't set the loose diamond on one of their rings for me, whether it be a liability issue or they just plain didn't want to do it which is perfectly understandable. That being said, I was expecting more of the same when I decided to give Joseph Jewelry a call. I spoke on the phone with Pascale, the marketing director, and she was so nice and easy to talk to! She told me that it was no problem, but there was a setting fee ($375/carat). This wasn't an issue since I was anticipating a good deal on the diamond itself. I was excited and hopeful! Also, She wasn't pushy at all, and really epitomizes customer service, not to mention she was the absolute sweetest! She made me feel very comfortable and at home. I quickly decided to swing in and check out some bands. I told Pascale I was going to come in within the hour, so when I got in I was able to speak with her and she showed me around and worked with me to get an idea of what I was looking for, which was a classic solitaire band where the diamond sits on top of the ring (to really accentuate the centerpiece diamond). We looked at different settings and talked through my desired specifications. She then called over Joseph and he was able to offer his input and ask great questions to make sure we got the perfect custom ring made. I was on a tight schedule and since there weren't too many intricacies, Joseph was able to expedite the process to meet my deadline (within a week or so). He got his design team to work up CAD images for me to see and approve before they started work. If we had more time, they would have been able to produce a mold for me which I thought would be cool too. To add yet another layer, the Blue Nile connection fell through so I ultimately decided to come back to Joseph to purchase a diamond for the ring. Of course he waived the setting fee, included his standard lifetime cleaning, and eligibility for his diamond buyback program (if you ever wanted to upgrade your rock). They were again more than accommodating and helped me pick the perfect diamond. Price was also very reasonable, and I'm even happy the Blue Nile thing fell through! The process was discrete, I was able to message back and forth with Joseph and his team through their website. They kept me in tune with progress and were very good about providing updates. I worked with Usiel and he was very prompt in giving me status and responding to any questions I had. Alright, this review is getting a little long, let me sum it up. Everyone at Joseph Jewelry was a joy to work with and my fiance absolutely loves/obsesses over the ring I got her. We will be coming back for ring cleaning/maintenance and our wedding bands as well. Couldn't be more pleased with how everything turned out, nothing but the highest praise! Go to Joseph Jewelry, you won't regret it!

There are many jewelry stores, large and small, in our area, but none that provide excellent service and beautifully designed and executed jewelry that Joseph's Jewelry does. My experience began with Tony at the front welcoming me and helping me design the perfect ring for my husband. He listened to what I hoped to create and led me through a few options, fairly quickly arriving at the perfect design. Once the ring went into production, I received periodic update emails on the ring and it was completed exactly right and in the time-frame I requested. My experience was exceptional. I will be visiting Joseph's for my next jewelry need.

I am writing this much later than I was supposed to; kind of forgot about it in lieu of the proposal itself. I was in the market for a unique engagement ring for my then girlfriend (now fiance). Like many other guys commenting on this page, I looked around at the common jewelry stores (Kay, Helzberg, etc.) as well as some of the smaller shops near me. However I just couldn't find specifically what I was looking for. Over the years, I had a handful of jewelry that I didn't wear anymore. I brought it all into Joseph Jewelry to see if they could advise me on what I should do with it all. The sales person spent a lot of time with me looking at all of the stones and we came up with an eternity band. I was kept in the loop throughout the entire design process and was sent graphics of exactly what my new ring would look like. We had an event that we hoped the ring would be ready for and they did a great job rushing the project so I could have it on a special day. I had hoped the new piece would be beautiful but to be honest, I didn't expect the whole process to be as high tech as it was, especially for a family owned business. The price was also outstanding. I was delighted and so was my husband. When I first researched jewelers who could help me design something simple and elegant, I used Yelp and appreciated the comments on here for Joseph Jeweler. Having picked out the stones in the store and seeing detailed 3-D images and a wax mold before the ring was made, I was still stunned by the beauty of the finished product. Furthermore, once I decided on a plan, they were able to produce the ring in a short time so that I could have it for an upcoming vacation. I shopped around the other ring stores - Ben Bridge, Shane co., etc. - and found the best value and experience at Joseph. I was able to design the perfect ring - unique, elegant, brilliant, and classic - for my fiance, and met my budget. We enjoyed the experience so much that we bought my ring and custom designed a wedding band to go with her engagement ring as well. The store is classy, the staff is professional and courteous, and the work is done in the same shop (they can get it done in a pinch too). We will be upgrading the ring there as the years go by. If you are even doing this without her knowledge they are more than willing to make any changes if she doesn't like what was made; though with their quality that will be unlikely. On top of all of that not once did they ever try and up sell me to a stone or setting that was more expensive just make a sale! All in all, you may hear or see jewelers in commercials and think they are the place to go, they aren't. Joseph Jewelry truly is superior in quality, craftsmanship, and customer service than those big box jewelers.
I didn't want any ordinary ring, I wanted one that would tell our story something that truly had a meaning, Joseph, Ryan and Bonnie were the best. Every single step they were on it and they worked with me very well. Their customer service is superb! We discussed my budget and everything I wanted and they worked with me on the design until it was perfect. Their response time is great and so is their work ethic. They are a legit company. Awesome Place! I worked With Ryan and he got the ring all designed that I will give to my girlfriend as an engagement ring. Turned out beautiful! It has a ruby (her birthstone) and two diamonds she will love it! Joseph is really good about keeping in communication with you and they sent me an email right away with two ring design ideas and when I said what I wanted they were able to make it by Valentine's day when I wanted to propose. Great place and Danny gave me some chocolate to give to my girl tomorrow along with the ring :)
Joseph Jewelry is a great place to do business with. When I was looking to custom design a ring, I did a search online and came up with Joseph Jewelry. I was a little hesitant at first since it was long distance and I had never even been inside this store living across the United States in Alabama but I couldn't have imagined a better experience. For the initial phase of the process, I worked with Joseph on the drawing and pricing of the ring. He was great and personable and it was great to see they offered a military discount. For the rest of the process, CAD design to completion, I worked with Bonnie and she was very nice and accommodating. We were even able to work out a specific payment plan for my situation. This company's customer service alone won me over. When I made my last payment, I received my custom designed ring and I couldn't have dreamed for it to be more perfect. They went above and beyond my expectations and I would highly recommend them to anyone whether you are able to go into their store or not.

My Fiance and I designed and purchased our rings from Joseph Jewelry. We had pretty much decided on the ring we wanted (a Beverly K engagement ring). We had previously been to two other jewelry stores before going to Joseph's (their reviews were just simply to good not to check them out!). We were pretty much set on using another jeweler. But, when we found out our options with Joseph Jeweler we were sold! We had decided to go with a ring that was not so traditional it needed to have some changes made to it to hold a solitaire diamond. The previous jeweler while very helpful only gave us the option of using brackets to hold it in place. Ryan at Joseph's came up with a brilliant idea he said let's customize the ring to hold the diamond in place using the band (I think he called it a cathedral setting) instead of just adding simple brackets. We had never even thought this was possible. The entire process was simple and fun! We were able to be a part of the entire process. Through their very hands-on customer service, a computerized proof, and a molding of the ring before it was complete. We were very pleased!! And, we will definitely be doing business with Joseph Jewelry again.
Wahhh me! Had to get my ring cut off- can I say my finger grew too big? and Joseph Jewelry reconstructed and resized it to the most awesome ring ever! They spent a lot of time with me explaining options, the process, and why the ring setting couldn't be saved as is. This reasoning, and the time spent with me going over everything, is what sold me as Joseph Jewelers being such a reputable place. We were able to select spectacular stones then build the settings to accentuate those stones. My fiance and I are not the kind of people who follow the norm. We are constantly seeking unique items for our home and even our attire. She is a professional artist and I am an historian and professional mariner having spent a good amount of time in the tall ship community. What a wonderful company! I was able to bring in a beautiful Tanzanite which they helped me design the most beautiful setting I could imagine. My taste in jewelry is not as "mainstream" as others, and they worked with my likes and dislikes to help create exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure to conform to any particular design. I wanted my own, unique engagement ring and after hours of research online I found Joseph Jewelry to be my top choice. Once I went in the fantastic reception and immediate service I received confirmed my decision. They never pressured me, and I came back with my fiance (now husband) and we began the design of my ring with Danny. We were able to work on the design together and I participated up to the wax mold of my ring, and then they emailed my husband directly when it was done so that I would not know and there was still an element of surprise. When it came time for our wedding bands we of course went back to Joseph Jewelry. They never argued with my wedding band being completely different from my engagement ring and they have a huge selection of masculine styles so my fiance was easily able to find something he liked (even as indecisive as he is). Again Danny took amazing care of us and made us feel appreciated for coming back in. They were also the only place I trusted to restring my Grandmother's pearls to wear at my wedding, and they did a beautiful job. They me seem expensive on the front end, but the service, warranty and quality you get along with the beauty of your piece makes it an excellent purchase. I truly feel Joseph Jewelry is worth a visit at the very least, because once you walk in, they will earn your business.
I found Joseph Jewelry after browsing online and finding some of their designs on Pinterest. I loved their craftsmanship! I had a very specific look in mind for my wedding ring. Unfortunately the variety of choice in men's rings available here in the UK is quite limited. I eventually found a ring that matched my imagination on Joseph Jewelry's website. I was a little nervous about correctly converting my UK size into the US/Canadian equivalent, but the staff at Joseph Jewelry where very helpful in identifying the correct size. They also answered other queries I had in relation to the ring material and its aftercare. Delivery to the UK from Seattle took only 4 days which I was pleasantly surprised at. The ring arrived very well packaged and was exactly to my expectations. My purchasing experience with Joseph Jewelry was excellent. I live in Alaska and went to every store I could find and it felt like I kept seeing the same 30 rings over and over so I sought out to find something different. I found Joseph at 3 am while googling ring styles that I liked. There it was, like a bright shining star saying "click me". I started working with the gang at Joseph and a few weeks later, my ring was made to my exact specifications. The communication is excellent and the customer service exemplary. After my mom passed away a few months ago, I inherited the diamond from her engagement ring. It is a beautiful old stone that has been in our family for generations. It is very sentimental, and I knew wanted to make a custom ring so I could wear it. My first attempt with a custom jeweler many years ago had been terrible, so I painstakingly researched custom jewelers and decided to call Joseph Jewelry (which conveniently, is only about 20 minutes from where I live). From my very first conversation with Andrea, I knew I was in great hands. I stopped by the store a few days after this initial conversation and I was able meet Andrea and show her images of the design I had in mind. (I'll just add that Andrea was able to get me a quote for the ring that day, which was very competitive. It took another jeweler almost two weeks to provide me with a quote for the same project.) Before I had even gotten home, I had a message from Bonnie, my amazing designer, saying she was looking forward to working with me on the ring. Within days, Bonnie had created a 3D proof. She patiently worked with me as I made little tweaks to get the design just the way I wanted. Following my approval of the proofs and before the ring was cast, I was able to see the ring in wax form (a step I absolutely loved). While Bonnie worked with me on the design, Andrea did a stellar job finding matching diamonds to compliment my stone. We went through a few different ideas with these diamonds (from size to color). At one point, Andrea and Bonnie had me come in to the store to look a few options. We set various sized/colored diamonds in my mold to see how they looked together, took them outside to see how looked in natural light... Bottom line, Andrea and Bonnie did everything they could to make sure this ring was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. They knew it was a very special and important piece of jewelry they were helping me to create, and I'm sure they treat all of their customer's projects the same way. Once my ring was finished, I had the pleasure of working with Mike to ship the ring from Washington state to New Jersey (it had always been our plan to do this). I have to admit, I was nervous shipping my brand new diamond ring across the country, but the process was flawless. The ring shipped UPS 2-day, and I picked it up at the UPS Customer Center that Mike kindly helped me find. My experience with Joseph Jewelry was really quite exceptional! Their customer service is up there with the best I have ever experienced. And my new ring is everything I could have hoped for. I absolutely love it, and I know my mom would have, too. I have a few more custom jewelers projects I would like to do, and I can't wait to work with the team at Joseph Jewelry again in the near future.
I proposed to my wife over two years ago with a family ring that had seen better days. We really wanted to use the diamond but needed to spruce up the ring to make it usable and more fitting to my wife's style. JJ's help and suggestions not only made the process easy, but kind of fun! (I can't believe I actually said that) They were able to engrave and basically completely redo the ring to where it was customized for my wife but was still similar to the original design. The detail they showed when engraving the ring is absolutely amazing. They also made a custom band for her that fit perfectly to the curve of the ring. We did all of this for such a reasonable price and had great customer service the whole time. We have come back every year to get the prongs examined and the ring cleaned. Every time they are so helpful and always get the job done quickly. I never feel pressured to spend money, I honestly feel like they just care about our needs and want us to be happy. What a concept.

I cannot say enough good things about the service and the professional job the team did for us at Joseph Jewelry. My now-husband created my engagement ring with Joseph and then we had our wedding bands designed here as well. The detailed engraving and filigree work on my engagement ring is so delicate and fine. I get compliments on it all the time. I opted for a fun wedding band with swirls instead of a matching shadow band and I love how they complement each other. The designer who helped me was able to show me how my wedding band would look like next to my engagement ring before they put it in production. And I also asked to see a wax mold which was very helpful. The whole team, I interacted with almost everyone, were so patient, very knowledgeable and friendly. Absolutely first-class experience, start to finish! Recently my wife and I were looking for a ring. While shopping had narrowed it down to one at another store that she felt was the best choice however, she wanted to think it over for a few days. We happened to be in Bellevue having lunch on Main St and noticed Joseph Jewelry. We checked it out on Yelp and the first thing I noticed after the 5 stars was how many of the reviews were long and detailed. To me this exhibits an exceptional experience with that company so we decided to go visit them. From the minute we walked in the door we felt like we were in the right place. The people inside were friendly and helpful plus the jewelry was unlike any other we had seen. We'd never had a custom piece made before and thought it would be somewhat difficult as we are not jewelry designers. A gentleman named Danny approached us and offered us his assistance. He spent a considerable amount of time with us and never once did we feel any sales pressure. It was obvious he simply wanted to help us find that perfect ring to celebrate 32 years together. After my wife found something she liked as an idea, it was really not difficult at all to work out the final design she wanted. Danny was very helpful, was happy to incorporate one of our diamonds into the ring and found the perfect other diamonds to compliment and finished the ring. It was amazing to walk into the back work area and see all the people actually designing the jewelry on 3D computer systems from which they make the molds. They actually make the entire jewelry from an idea to a finished product right in the back. The craftsmanship and quality is incredible. Once we purchased the ring, they kept in regular contact with us through the design process where my wife was able to make some changes, then go in and approve the wax mold. It was fun and made for a great experience. Her ring turned out absolutely beautiful and she loves it! It wasn't until after we had made our purchase that we found out Danny was part of the family business. Honestly, his attitude and cheerfulness the entire time made us feel like we were in the right store and ultimately led to us buying her ring there. Oops, another long review, I understand why now. After many months of searching for the right jeweler to make my custom ring, I landed on Joseph Jewelry despite them being on the other side of the country from me. I could have gone with some local Jewelers but I was just so impressed with some of the other rings they had designed and they just appeared to be a really great company to work with. I think my final experience has been even more positive than I could have imagined! I love that they have their own internal messaging center where you can post inspiration pictures or discuss changes to the design with their staff, without having to worry if your significant other will find emails from a jeweler popping up on your phone. I primarily worked with Bonnie, who was so attentive to my needs and made this process run so smoothly. She was always so prompt with her responses and didn't ever make me feel rushed. Overall, if I ever have a need to design any type of jewelry, I feel inclined to stick with Joseph Jewelry based on this experience and likewise if I have any friends in the market for custom jewelry this company will be my first recommendation. Just an outstanding company through and through.

We couldn't be happier with Joseph's! I had been searching for weeks for the perfect setting to a diamond I had already purchased elsewhere, but even after looking at hundreds of settings everywhere, I didn't click with anyone, I came to the conclusion that I had to design my own. What I wanted was something akin to the classic Tiffany look, but with 4 prongs and a North-South-East-West orientation of the prongs, but nothing that I found online was able to nail the exact design I wanted. Somehow every other setting out there managed to look great from top, but when looking at it from the sides, the prongs tended to be ugly and just looked botched. I wanted something timeless that would look good for the next 60 years. I reviewed lots of shops / designers all over the country, including local ones here in NYC, but came to the conclusion that Joseph's were most capable at handling it. The design process was outstanding, first of all. The designer was able to accomplish exactly what I had in mind, after 3 or 4 iterations which took about 2 weeks. Once the finished ring arrived, it looked even more beautiful than it did in the renderings. My (now) fiance loves the ring, perhaps even as much as the creator of that ring does :p If you want quality work, great communication, great design / technical prowess, and a trustworthy seller, I couldn't recommend Joseph's enough. PS: It's entirely possible we will use them for both of our wedding bands as well.
In researching jewelers for an engagement ring I came across Joseph Jewelry and was impressed by the Yelp reviews. My fiance and I went in to look (the very first jeweler we explored) and Tony helped us out. He was extremely informative but not pushy in the slightest. We both felt comfortable and confident in his knowledge. I was afraid to touch all the beautiful diamonds but Tony pulled several rings out and encouraged us to look however long we needed in order to pick out details that we liked. When we left, we felt so great about our experience that we didn't go to any other jeweler. My ring is better than I ever could have dreamed up myself. After 20 years together, my partner and I decided to get married now that it is legal. Joseph jeweler a was listed as an LGBT friendly store in Bellevue, so we chose them. It was an excellent choice. Tony, the person who helped us select our wedding bands, was very knowledgeable. He educated us on fit, styling, and ring care. He was also sincerely interested in knowing us and what we were planning for our wedding. Since they make their own rights on site, we were able to get the precise metals and sizes we wanted, and even tour the facility where the rings would be made. The order was filled quickly, and we are very happy with the bands. Huge selection, friendly and knowledge staff that understand the feelings that go into selecting wedding rings, and high quality. Joseph's helped me redesign my wedding ring after my husband gifted me a larger center stone for my birthday. I wanted the design to be reminiscent of my original ring but lighten the look of the design while adding a larger center stone. Where to begin. I've never had a piece of jewelry created before and I don't have a $10,000 budget but I found the site for Joseph Jewelry and the reviews and after looking at some local (snobby and expensive) options I decided to try with Joseph Jewelry. I designed the ring online and it was shipped to me as I live on the other side of the country. The process is extremely easy to start. I literally wrote what I wanted and they got right back to me. Mine was not hand-drawn or anything, I took a lot of pieces from their vast array of engagement rings. I had my own ideas as well, some of them worked others did not. The people I worked with were always supportive and genuinely interested in my piece and tried to fit everything I wanted in. They never made any disparaging remarks if something I wanted wasn't possible. When I had a question about the size of the ring they sent me a wax model that helped me understand the size and scope of the ring. This is incredibly helpful and suggest you request it once you have a basic design down. The ring is beautiful, I got a really great price on it, and the fact that it is one of a kind is really special to both me and my fiance. The only snag I ran into was that I had some trouble having someone sign for the package once it arrived. For some reason they wouldn't give me the tracking number for the package which I found odd but they contacted the shipper directly for me and in the end I actually received the ring a day early. Highly suggested if you are looking for a well priced, unique piece for someone very special. Everyone who saw it fell in love with it.
This company is amazing. They designed and built a custom Wonder Woman Engagement ring and Wedding Band that my Fiance' just loves. The designers were easy to work with. Joseph Jeweler is not just a typical jewelry store but one that has the latest equipment allowing consumers to be part of the production process in creating the perfect dream ring with quality and precision. At first I was skeptical cause after dealing with a number of jewelers on the East coast I have gotten no guarantees that they can create my ring precisely the way l wanted and not to mentioned the double price tag that it came with. We all know how that would turn out if the ring isn't to your satisfaction ( No refunds on custom made jewelry) your pretty much stuck with what you have. With Joseph Jeweler, they will work with you until it gets done right. Try doing this with your local jewelry store. Did I mentioned I never set foot in the store of J. My experience with Joseph Jewelry started on the internet when I was searching for ideas to design a ring. Little did I know that I had hit the jackpot. That this random internet search would turn into a long lasting relationship where I feel like they are my friends! From Bonnie to Mike to Andrea to Danny and the rest of the team... I have never felt more welcome than when I walk through those doors. The quality and excellence of product is right up there as well. Top notch! (And I am a stickler). And that is for anything they do. Whether it be designing an expensive ring (or two) or revamping an family heirloom bracelet or just fixing earrings. They do it all. And more. I absolutely adore the ring that my now fiance purchased from Joseph Jewelry. It was a custom made ring, and my fiance said it came in a timely manner and that Joseph made sure to stay in contact with him and ease his thoughts on everything. We live hours away, so Joseph being able to deliver what he said, WHEN he said, was impressive. I don't believe I have ever worn a more beautiful piece of jewelry in all of my days. I couldn't find what I was looking for, and ran across Joseph Jewelry online and gave it a shot. I had used my iPad to draw up what I was looking for, sent it to them, got a quote. They were wonderful to work with and after I made a small adjustment to the initial design, which was not stressful at all. After about 6 weeks, I had the ring I was looking for, perfect in every way. Perfect fit, exactly how I envisioned it, and better than I really thought was possible. It's absolutely beautiful. I couldn't be any happier with it, it was quick, easy, and stellar quality. I absolutely love it.

I was completely new to the jewelry buying experience. Being new to the Seattle Area, I had no idea where to even start my search. After a Google search I found Joseph Jewelry with a 5 Star Google rating, so I made the decision to check them out. After arriving to the store, the atmosphere was very pleasant and the staff was extremely friendly. I worked with Tony to walk through all of my requirements for my custom designed jewelry. He was really helpful in refining my requirements as well as making suggestions to make my idea work even better. After getting setup with an account on their website, and getting the team at Joseph started, an artist sketch of my custom design was ready in a matter of days, which was excellent since I was on a tight schedule. Tony communicated to the artist a slight adjustment to the center gem in the artist sketch that meet my expectation and I was ready to see the ring layout in the CAD drawing. Usiel provided me with an amazing CAD drawing that was even better than what I imagined. He even worked with me to make sure alignments of the rings would work when it is placed on a finger. I was so happy with the way it turned out I was ready to go to production. My ring was ready ahead of schedule which was just perfect for this being my first experience. I've now had 4 custom pieces made at Joseph Jewelry. They are all fantastic. The latest a redo of my husband's wedding ring for our 15th wedding anniversary - I just picked up the finished ring yesterday. We had the ring redone once before (upgrading the center stone) at another jeweler. We weren't happy with the outcome, and I was nervous to try again. The new ring was perfect! Renae, our designer, was very patient, doing several drawings, answering all my questions. Danny gave great advice so I'd get just the look we had wanted in the first place. It couldn't have come out better! We've used another very well-regarded custom jeweler in Seattle previously - Joseph's work was superior, and a better value. We won't be going elsewhere in the future!

Absolutely love Joseph Jewelry! When I couldn't find a jeweler in CA I trusted with the redesign of my 100 year old family art deco ring, I reached out to Joseph Jewelry in Bellevue. Joseph had made 3 magnificent rings for me over the past 20 years, which I love. The process even out of state was super easy, and their nifty online system of approvals is easy to use. My now-fiance worked with this store for several months to design a custom engagement ring that had a classic touch but also incorporated his own ideas and designs. They were incredibly responsive in meeting his needs and offering ideas, feedback, and support. Even when he was traveling for several months for work, they were able to stay in touch with him and send updates. All members of the staff went above and beyond to make it a positive experience from the beginning stages of design to the final sizing. We would recommend this jeweler without hesitation and plan to go back to them for the purchase of our wedding bands. As an additional note, they only use conflict-free diamonds and procure their stones in a responsible way while maintaining some of the highest quality diamonds available.

Unbelievable quality product and team!! When shopping around for something a little different or trying to find the idea you have in your head in a store is challenging to say the lease. I was fortunate enough to stumble upon these folks on a Google search. I wish I had the opportunity to go to the store to see their products and all they offer and could do, that wasn't going to be possible with living on the east coast. Their catalog, descriptions and pictures do an excellent job of being able to see their work. When ordering the big thing to know is ring size! They can do anything you want for a custom fit. After that it's a cake walk. They do an excellent job of communicating with you and making sure you get what you want before production starts. They offer 4-5 different metals to choose from. I have a attached a picture of what I picked out and what I got. The ring was very lightweight and not as thick as I was thinking. I chose palladium instead of platinum which is probably the reason why. It is a comfortable wearing ring. I am over the moon with what I received and would do business with them again in a heart beat.
Absolutely fantastic experience designing my fiance's engagement ring! Working with Pascale and Bonnie through multiple design iterations was an incredibly enjoyable process. I provided multiple examples of what my fiance liked, what she liked and disliked about each one. Then after we had already gone through a few designs I completely changed it up and worked with an existing design. The huge change didn't phase them at all and they kept the same design notes in the customization process. Not only did they do all that, but they put a rush on the design when my fiance decided she wanted to visit the store. She had no idea that we were in the process of designing a custom ring, so Bonnie & Pascale created a fake project to show her using the design we had. Overnight Bonnie did the CAD & 3D model to show my fiance in store. They all went above and beyond, helping to refine her tastes better than I ever could have done myself, even as far as having Joseph bring out the two diamonds (Ideal Square and Princess) to "show her the difference" without her knowing it was her deciding which would be in her ring. During the visit and all the way until I told her the background after proposing my fiance had no idea what was going on. They put a rush on the manufacturing, too. Couldn't have possibly been happier with the entire experience. Very professional, flexible, understanding, and always on board to to make not only the ring perfect but the entire experience of design through proposal. Couldn't recommend Joseph Jewelry any more strongly.
I can't say how satisfied my wife and I are with the work that we have received from Joseph Jewelry. I was gifted a diamond from my grandmother for my wife's engagement ring and thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated the work that was done to create a custom ring that matched my wife's taste. The entire process was secret from her, but I was able to come to the store and pick through various designs and send pictures of rings that she had liked. Joseph Jewelry combined all of these ideas to create a ring that she loves. After our engagement, we returned to Joseph Jewelry for both of our wedding rings. My ring was pretty standard, but her wedding ring was again custom to made to fit the curved band of the engagement ring' we couldn't be happier with the results. I will definitely being going to Joseph Jewelry for any of my jewelry needs in the future!

My husband took the wedding ring that his grandmother gave to him to Joseph Jewelry to create my engagement ring. The ring designers were able to take his suggestions and requests and made a beautiful and one of kind platinum halo style engagement ring that features a beautiful emerald cut diamond from my grandmother in law's wedding band. We also purchased his wedding band and had my wedding band created here as we felt that the staff were accommodating and welcome and that most importantly the product is high quality and incredible. Anyone who has a stone or family heirloom that they want incorporated into beautiful updated piece of fine jewelry should definitely visit Joseph Jewelry!
My fiance just proposed with a gorgeous custom engagement ring from Joseph Jewelry. It was too big so we went back to get it re-sized. The store itself modern and warm. Danny immediately recognized my fiance and jumped to help us. He even remember we lived an hour south so he had the ring re-sized in less than an hour instead of having us come back at a later date to pick it up. Overall a great experience and my ring is perfect. I plan to return to Joseph Jewelry and get our wedding bands made here.
Love this place! Short story: We custom made my engagement ring and band (jacket) here. We modeled it from my grandmothers ring to start. We were so happy with the results we had the grooms band made here as well. Long story: We live in California but my fiance's family is in Seattle. We were first intrigued when we found a ring that looked similar to my grandmothers ring that I was trying to copy for my engagement ring. Then I noticed they make jewelry from scratch!! None of this "custom" that isn't really custom (pick a stone and setting). These guys will work with you to make the ring of your dreams. We started by visiting their store over the Xmas holidays and giving them a down payment. Then from California we started communicating through their website's messaging service. I sent the designer (Renae's awesome) a picture of my grandmothers ring, a few pictures from their website and a few from my own research. The designer then makes a cad like model of the ring. You get to work with them to tweak it to your specifications. They'll send you new screen shots of the model with every tweak. When you're happy with the model, they'll send you a 3/4 size 3D printed copy of the ring in the mail for you to feel and get an idea of the design in person. If you want to wear it you'll have to request a full size copy instead. Once you're happy you give them the go ahead to make the ring. A few tips: send pictures of what you want as well as sizes Make sure you're completely happy before they make the ring Don't guess on your ring size Wider rings (for jackets) need larger sizes

The reason I chose Joseph Jewelry was because of their web site, great customer service, and the ability to make custom designs. When I started off looking for an engagement ring for my fiance, I looked everywhere for a ring that both my fiance and I liked. I found the perfect vintage Victorian era ring (fiance approved) however, being vintage, only one was available and of course sold before I had a chance to buy it. However, I decided a custom made ring would be better suited for us, since it wouldn't need to be resized or refurbished. The custom ring also had the benefit of looking vintage, but with all the durability of a new ring. We're from Texas, so at first I started looking in shops in Texas. I found several in Dallas and Houston, one never responded to my email and the other answered very quickly. At first the shop was very enthusiastic about my idea, but as I asked more questions their responses got slower and slower. They didn't tend to really answer my questions, and the messaging system was a pain to use so I ultimately started looking at shops out of state. I found Joseph Jewelry by accident, but I found their site to be so much easier to navigate than others. Their messaging app was also way easier to use than the previous shops I had worked with. Their message starts with this prompt: List: To begin your new design, 1. Please describe your ideas of what you would like to create. 2. What is your budget for this project? 3. What is the finger size for this project? 4. What type of Gemstones would you like to use? 5. What size Gemstones would you like to use? I had uploaded some pictures of the vintage ring I had found, and answered all the questions. Within an hour Joseph (the man, not the shop, the actual man), whereas the other place I had tried took a week to message me. He simply said, "Hi Baylor, we can recreate a ring that looks identical to images 1 and 2, we can even make it look better." and asked. "Do you want to get started?" The rest was even easier. Everything I asked for, they did and they offered advice if something I wanted might not have been the best idea. When we got the ring priced up, they asked for down payment on the ring. I had to wait about 7 months before I could pay the down payment, but when I was ready, I messaged them and they responded quickly, like normal, I payed, and every thing was a go. After the down payment was payed, I had the ring in my hand in a little over a month. In that month before they started working on it, their designer, Usiel, sent me a 3D PDF file of the ring so I could see what the ring was going to look like and if anything needed to be changed. If I wanted to see how something looked he would change it and send it to me, normally within 5 hours. As soon as I was satisfied, with the way it looked, they put the ring into production. As the ring was being made they would send me updated photos. When the ring was finished they sent me some very nice digital photos of it and shipped it to my address for free. The ring arrived in a little box that said, "Joseph Jewelry" on it and along with it there was an envelope with an appraisal and a pamphlet with all the info about the diamond. We've been extremely satisfied with the purchase.

I had a custom ring that I needed to be complete in a somewhat timely manner and they never once sacrificed quality. The end result is a beautiful ring that my fiance could not be happier about. After our first visit in 12/2011 I knew we found the right place to create our beautiful and eternal wedding rings. We really enjoyed working with them to create a custom ring, and I was assured throughout the process. I have also been taking advantage of their free cleaning service offered to all of their customers. I bring my rings in every six months and they make them sparkle. It's still incredible to me that I googled "image engagement ring engraving solitaire" and found an image of a ring I really liked online, then followed the post to the Joseph Jewelry website and fell in love with another one of their customized designs. But, I had misgivings about buying a ring online without ever trying it on. When I hit the "location" button, I couldn't believe my eyes--they are based in Bellevue! I was headed to visit family in the Seattle area about a week later. Once at the store we were helped by Andrea who was patient, knowledgeable and helpful, but since my favorite design was customized, they didn't have it in stock. Their willingness to make up a wax model before we left town 24 hours later made all the difference. The rest of the online process of changes, special requests, approvals and shipping went very smoothly. After college, I worked in the jewelry business and it was so great to see how the folks at Joseph Jewelry were professional with a focus on great design and good customer service. My fiance's review: I started the process with Yelp and chose Joseph Jewelry initially because of their strong reviews. I knew I wanted to create a custom ring. Having something unique was critical to my experience. Working with the staff was amazing. Andrea and Danny were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did they have an amazing selection of stones, but they were able to have some brought in as well just to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. They were attentive to my needs and clearly listened. The clincher was the process they have for customizing the ring. I was able to propose using the stone I had selected as they set it into a solitaire ring for me. Afterwards, they helped us both customize the ring. Amazing! My review: The diamond center stone my fiance selected was absolutely gorgeous. I've always wanted a unique wide-band setting, so I was thrilled to work with their designer Bonnie on creating. Bonnie did a fantastic job of taking my photo samples and ideas and pulling everything together. The CAD drawings and wax mock up helped with creating a detailed visual of the final look. I was told the setting would be ready within 3-4 weeks. It was ready in less than three. My fiance and I were blown away when we saw the ring. It was beyond our expectations. Being the first step in our engagement, Joseph Jewelry really helped set the tone. From start to finish, our experience was truly incredible. We highly recommend Joseph Jewelry!

I seriously have not had better customer service in my life than I had with the folks at Joseph Jewelry! The entire experience when looking for that perfect engagement ring can be somewhat intimidating, especially for first time buyers. I had shopped around at a few different places before coming here, and I couldn't find anything that I liked, let alone a shop I felt comfortable going into. Every other place I went to the employees would jump on you as soon as you opened the door, and would hover around you making the entire experience fairly uncomfortable. While the folks at Joseph Jewelry obviously say hi when you walk in, and asked you if they could help with anything, they didn't stand over my fiance and I as we browsed. They polity waited for us to ask for help, and when we did they made it so we felt comfortable and not rushed in the process. Andrea was the person who initially helped us, and she was so nice, and very knowledgeable about each piece in all the cases. We looked at quite a few options, but when my finance found the ring, that was it. What I found to be different about Joseph Jewelry was that they could customize everything about the ring, and they can actually work around your budget, not just say they can unlike of some other places I had been to. Once you find the ring, it comes time to customize it and this is where Joseph Jewelry, in my opinion differs from other Jewelry stores. Finding the ring is just the beginning, it's after that where they truly shine. You sign up for an account with them, which is what you use to message back and forth with the person doing the customization, I had Usiel. Usiel was amazing, he truly embodies the meaning of customers service, and going above and beyond a customers expectations. They start with taking what you talked about with the sales associate, and create a CAD rendering of the ring. They then send you a message through the account you set up before hand with the renderings and you either approve, or reject the design. In my case I 100% approved the design, it was beautiful. However, my fiance didn't know that I had started this process and started talking about changes she would have made to the ring about 3 days into the process. When she tried the ring on initially she did so with the corresponding wedding band, which was a little thicker than the actual engagement ring. Usiel was great, didn't even question it, or push back, he just said not a problem and sent me another CAD rendering with the changes. We messaged back and forth the entire time, and he kept me up to date with everything. Words cannot truly express my how happy I am by choosing them. The ring came out gorgeous, and my finance was blown away when she saw it. We'll be 100% coming back for both our wedding bands closer to the wedding. I know there a countless jewelry store options to choose from, but if you take anything away from reading this review please go there first, I promise you, you'll be blown away by your experience there.
Joseph Jewelry helped my husband to refinish my heirloom engagement band and create my custom wedding band! They did an absolutely incredible job and provided excellent customer service to us throughout the process. I was currently living out of state at the time, but they kept me up to date with electronic representations and status updates. They made the process fun and easy for us. I purchased a wedding ring to replace mine that was lost. The selection and design process were seamless. I was very impressed by the craftsmanship of the jewelry and the selection of rings was amazing! I had some idea of what I wanted but wasn't completely certain so it was great to see all the options available and then customize them to the specific ring that I wanted. I got my fiance's engagement ring from Joseph's recently. The process was extremely simple. Their website is beautiful and easy to navigate. I was looking for a post-modern-style ring with sapphires, and after a few minutes of searching, I found the perfect ring. Ordering was a simple process and the customer service was very helpful in guiding me through the details, answering my questions promptly and keeping me up to date with how the status of . They shipped the ring on time and with a discrete return address. The final product was even more beautiful than I could have imagined. My fiance LOVES it and can't help but show it off.
This place is a *gem*. I'd done some preliminary engagement ring shopping on my own to see what I liked and while there are some beautiful styles out there, I never found anything I could commit to, be it the style, or the price, or the lack of variety. I knew I didn't want a diamond, as I am not fond of the diamond industry and my (now) fiance's budget wasn't massive, so we did some research and decided that a moissanite would suit us perfect. But not many stores have moissanite, which led us to Joseph; I'm so happy it did. We've only worked with Andrea, but if she's the face of the team, then all of them must be wonderful. This is the only place we went to together and it was all we needed. Andrea was so patient and full of wisdom and guidance while I was trying to find a style I liked (I tried on almost every style in the display). Alas, we found it! The best part was we could do whatever we wanted with it, which turned into rose gold with a Moissanite center stone. I couldn't be happier. Also, their financing options are fantastic, but my fiance would be better to comment on that. Follow up a few months, I needed to get it resized. I just took it in on Saturday, the resizing wasn't actually covered by my warranty but Andrea said they would cover it anyway! Of course, I forgot that I need it for a trip out of town this week, so I had to ask them to have it ready a little faster, to which the response was "no problem!" Couldn't be happier. I went to Joseph Jewelry because of a recommendation from a friend of mine. They are incredible. Not only were they incredibly easy to work with, but their customer service, attention to detail, and intuitive and advanced online platform were phenomenal. I've never been to a jewelry store where they print 3D models of the jewelry you are looking to purchase, or even can provide such accurate renderings during the process. I first went in to get a surprise engagement ring for my fiance. They crafted a stunning piece that she absolutely loved. In addition, they helped me figure out how to get insurance, and supplied me with all I needed for my proposal. Just a month ago we went back to get our wedding rings designed and it was just as smooth and easy as when I had come in. They remembered me and have taken care of us ever since. We will be going here for all of our jewelry needs from now on.
f you are going the route of buying a custom setting, this is undoubtedly the place to go! I am a designer based in Seattle, and I feel like I had to have been a high-maintenance client for these guys. Regardless, despite the tedious ideas and notes I communicated through drawings or paragraphs of description, the team at Joseph Jewelry was completely patient with me through the process. I felt that I was truly in great hands while dealing with Joseph Jewelry. A customized engagement ring can be a daunting process to dive into, but it was made completely manageable with the help of their team. Lastly, Joseph Jewelry's team of designers really are on point. I would absolutely recommend working with Usiel if you have the opportunity. He is patient and extremely thoughtful; moreover, his principled approach to design made me feel completely confident in his opinions.

My fiance had my engagement ring custom made from Joseph last year. I have been wanting to make it a little bigger but it's a very beautiful VERY detailed ring and I was nervous it wasn't going to be possible. On Saturday I met with Joseph and he told me he would take a look at it and let me know in a few days if he would be able to do it. I left expecting a call on Monday. An hour later I got a call saying my ring was done and to come get it. My ring is now a little looser and fits much better and you can't tell it was changed at all! And without me asking they cleaned it making it look brand new like the day my fiance proposed to me. I have had my ring cleaned before by another jewelry store but no other place has made even the metal shine so much. Thank you!

Definitely the best jeweler I've been to. I went to a few jewelers before this one and this one was not only the most affordable but had the best customer service. I was looking for an engagement ring for my fiance and when I saw the ring from Tiffany's that she loved I had Joseph Jewelers create it at a fraction of the cost. The process to make the ring can take a few weeks but I was glad to know that it was going to be 100% custom PLUS they let you know how your ring is doing through every step of the process. It took over five jewelry stores before I was directed to Joseph Jewelry by a good friend. I am so glad that she referred me to them! My husband and I were looking to have a round cut diamond eternity band made for me for our 10 year anniversary. We wanted something really special made and reached out to Joseph Jewelry where we met Michelle. She was so helpful in walking us through the process of having my custom ring made. We thought the price was quite reasonable for the work that would be done and we liked that it was done right on the premises (a couple of places we visited had to have the setting done elsewhere, outside the U.S.). After several months of searching, I opted to have a custom ring. The design process was as smooth as I could ever ask for. I explained in detail the kind of ring I wanted, some of my questions, as well as some of my logic for preferring moissanites over diamonds; the employees and Joseph Jewelry took time to help me resolve some of my concerns (e.g., color difference between untreated vs. C&C Forever Brilliant vs. Amora moissanites) and give me their opinion on options. The whole process took several weeks, but I'm happy with the result, and Joseph Jewelry was never pushy in order make a quick sale. They made a happy customer.

For anyone looking to create a custom ring, this is the place to go! My fiance found a picture of a ring that he wanted on the internet and we could not find ANYWHERE to buy it. After searching places for custom ring design I stumbled on Joseph Jewelry and was so happy that they were just down the road from us. I emailed them the picture and they said it should be no problem to create it and told us to come in whenever to get the details figured out. When we went to their store the employees couldn't be more helpful. They wanted to make sure that we had EXACTLY what we wanted. After a half hour or so we had finalized all the details. Anyone planning a wedding knows how expensive they are and I was worried about paying for the ring and financing yet another thing. They explained to me that I could make payments on their website whenever I wanted and when half of the payment was received they would create the CAD design and send it to us to make sure it was correct. Then the would create the ring. When the final payment was made we could come pick it up. It was so simple and wonderful! We picked the ring up and they had to make one small change that was done that very same day. The ring looked better than we had ever expected! I only wish we would have visited them before purchasing my engagement ring! :)
