I was looking for a jeweler to design a ring with using my engagement rings diamonds. I found something similar to what I was looking for on their website and immediately went to Yelp to see what reviews they have gotten. If I am trusting someone with something as precious as my engagement ring, including a large diamond, I want to be very careful. The Yelp reviews were outstanding, so I felt good to go to the next step. When I started a project on the website, they immediately reached out to let me know they were available for any questions etc... It was a no pressure situation, but somehow they made me feel very comfortable even in that one email. Throughout the process and with each major and all of the minor tweaks and changes, the designers were ultra patient and helpful. I am very detail oriented and I ask a lot of questions and at no point did I feel rushed to agree to a design or make a decision. They were very very helpful all the way through to make sure it was exactly what I had envisioned. When I received the final product, there really are no words for the amazing ring I was delivered. It was sparkly, shiny, beautiful and better than I ever could have imagined. It is a stunning one of a kind piece of jewelry and I am constantly getting compliments on it. I will absolutely use Joseph Jewelry again and recommend them to anyone.
