I purchased the ring through their website, through which I exchanged a great number of private messages with various members of the store. These members helped me through all parts of the process, from selecting the design of the ring, designing the specific dimensions of the ring, and ultimately delivering the ring to me. I was bracing myself to have to fight off constant pressure to buy a more expensive ring than I wanted, but the professionals at Joseph never made me feel like they wanted me to buy anything other than the ring I was trying to design. They then made the ring relatively quickly, considering it was built from scratch, and delivered it to me in Boston. My fiance loved the ring, but initially it was a little too large. Joseph made the process of sending the ring back to them to be re-sized for free (minus shipping) extremely pain free, and returned the ring quickly to me. In all, I was very satisfied with my experience with Joseph.
