I chose Joseph Jewelry because they are able to make custom design engagement rings. The nice thing was that I was able to bring in a loose diamond and I was treated with the same respect as someone coming in without a loose diamond that buys the entire package. I met with Danny and Usiel to design my ring. Danny took his time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable. There was an immediate feeling of trust. I even left my diamond at the store for storage until the ring was designed and created. Danny showed me that my diamond had a GIA serial number laser inscribed under the microscope to reinsure that this was my diamond. Once I left the store I communicated entirely on their website through private messages. Usiel responded within 24 hours of any message (except Sundays as they are closed). They will make any modifications as necessary until you are completely satisfied. The whole process took less than 2 weeks which is half the time projected!
