I haven't purchased anything here but I wanted to comment on the service / people. My now-fiance gave me a task: go look at some rings and tell me what you like. He didn't need to ask twice; fun!! So I walk in to Joseph Jewelry the next day looking not especially like someone who might be dropping tons of cash on some bling bling (wet hair, flipflops). Didn't matter. At least two employees helped me, answered my questions, and were very friendly. One gentleman even showed me the back room where some people were working on jewelry. He showed me their CAD program, wax models, the whole process for doing custom pieces. There was an employee in front working on some sketches for a customer. Awesome stuff. The whole process of getting something made sounded ideal - they will work with you over email on your design, working from sketches, photos, etc. This is great because the fiance and I lived in different states at that time. I was hoping to work with them on the engagement ring! But the fiance is sneaky and did his own thing. :) But, this shop and its employees deserve props! Oh and the guy that showed me the back room and spent tons of time explaining the whole process to wet-haired non-bling me? That was the owner. Great customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them in the future. And I should mention that I wasn't necessarily looking for a diamond ring, and I told them as much. I was open to, and leaning towards, alternative styles. They were helpful in talking about this as well. The craftsmanship of their pieces is great too; they don't look like mass-marketed stuff you might see elsewhere. Thank you!
